Although there have been some renovations - elevated to withstand flooding, gas heat/central air conditioning, new bathroom and front and back decks, it still offers the charm and character of a great family house with hard wood floors and every room a different color. It is 4 blocks from beach and 5 blocks to the bay with great sunsets. Close to playground, basketball court and places to eat.
