This is our second visit staying near family in Athens. The location is perfect and our hosts are always super responsive. So nice to have a clean bathroom, convenient kitchen, and warm and cozy beds. Extra snacks, coffee supplies, and even Tylenol (I appreciated that!) are a nice touch!

We had a great stay in Studio A in Athens! The space was so clean and cozy, and we appreciated being so close to uptown while also tucked away. It was so easy to walk to everything! In college, I lived just a block or so away on Union St., so walking up Union from Studio A brought back a lot of warm memories. Though we never needed any assistance from Greg and Jana, they were excellent in communicating, welcoming us to Athens, sharing clear check-in instructions and checking in during our stay to see if we needed any help with anything.

It was perfect for our stay for our hocking hills adventure! Would absolutely recommend.

Came through for just one night while hiking in the area and found this gem! Jeff and Nicci were great hosts and super nice. The view was beautiful and serene.

We had a wonderful time at Gretchen’s place in Athens! It was private, comfortable, and beautiful inside and outside. We loved the natural light and the amazing wraparound porch. Highly recommend!

Overall, this was a great stay. Jamie was a great host and very responsive to an issue with the door lock. The convenience of the location can't be beat and it made the weekend very easy for us.

Headed down for my daughter's graduation. At a time when downtown Athens is more chaotic than normal, parking and accessibility to all of the events were key. But the added benefit was the fact that this little gem was far enough off the beaten track that we didn't feel like were were in the middle of a college frat party. Great space, well-appointed and so convenient!

Thanks for a great stay in Lancaster! We chose to stay in this place due to it's location between Hocking Hills and Columbus. We spent a couple cays hiking in Hocking Hills. Was planning on checking some of the nightlife in Columbus but there was really plenty to do in Lancaster. Audrey's place is really well situated in Lancaster, walkable to several bars, restaurants, and shopping. Also very near to an EV fast charger, if you should happen to need that. We found the house to be clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, blankets, and kitchen necessities. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, quick drive or walk to uptown Athens and the place was clean and well equipped. I didn't get to try dinner at the downstairs restaurant, but my partner and I did get some deserts there which were excellent. The restaurant was closed by 8:30 so there were no issues with noise.

Stayed several months due to work. Place was very clean, comfortable and had easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Onsite parking with 2 spots was nice to have. It is a duplex so there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit. Nice fluffy towels, water always hot, easy to control temperature in the house as well. Well maintained yard and nice sitting area on front porch. Downtown Lancaster is a quick 10 min walk with plenty of restaurants. There is a pizza place 2 minutes away as well and old school corner drugstore across the street. 45 minute ride to OU and roughly 35 minutes to downtown Columbus. It a very nice location. My host was warm and welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Greg and Jana’s place. It was the perfect location by OU - we walked to campus and it was about 10-15 minutes away. The house was comfortable and exactly what we needed for two people. We will definitely stay again when visiting our daughter!

A perfect place to stay for my visiting family, close to Athens, beautiful view, and added benefit to pick up a couple garden items at White’s Mill. Thank you Angela and Tyler for sharing this wonderful place to stay!

Melissa and Steve were excellent hosts. The place was very clean and comfortable and was like stepping back in time to my childhood home. I had one small issue out of their control and they responded immediately with a fix. I look forward to staying again when I'm back in town.

Left a 5 star review but i think that is still too low 10/10 recommend. Nice clean home, quiet neighborhood, peaceful. This was my first time using Air BnB and this place has definitely set the bar high. No noisy neighbors, nasty smells, or thoughts of whether there were critters sharing your bed like at a hotel. Would definitely use again!

We had a great time at our stay at Kristen’s apartment. It is right off campus so we could walk to mostly everything during our trip. Apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a great stay. Lastly, Kristen was very responsive and easy to work with, for any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

Sarah's place was so cozy and relaxing. I would recommend this place to any friend and hope we can come back soon!The hot tub was amazing and the beds were really comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing getaway! Plenty of room to park, And there's a cute little picnic table in firing outside.

As before, another great stay at Orchard Gables at the Zenner House! My daughter and I came down to OU for sibs weekend to visit our other daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Me & my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very quiet. The location was great, the nearby restaurants were very good. We’d come back again.

Perfect place to stay. We really just needed somewhere to sleep since we planned on hiking most of our trip. The place was clean and had things to do at the property too. The host provided recommendations and travel guides to help. Extremely close to the state park!
