Apartment holiday rentals in Locos Beach

Azaliya and Tatiana were great hosts. The apartment is centrally located. Short walk to the bus station,a large Mercadona and the beach. Azaliya was always available to answer questions, recommend places to eat and places of interest to visit. Tatiana very kindly came around at short notice after I foolishly locked myself out. The apartment was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to anyone planning a visit to Torrevieja and if I ever return I would definitely stay here again. Big thank you Azaliya for being a great host

Очень рада была познакомиться с Валерием. Всегда был на связи, дружелюбный и общительный, все объяснил и дал много ценных советов. Квартира находится в удобном расположение, в двух шагах от пляжа, рядом много ресторанчиков и магазинов, все продуманно до мелочей, есть даже зонтик и шезлонг для пляжа. Было чисто и очень уютно, и ждал приятный сюрприз-бутылка вина. Мы прекрасно провели время, большое спасибо за гостеприимство, надеюсь еще увидимся. Рекомендую на 100 процентов😊

GREAT THANK YOU to Iryna! Just at arriving to Spain late night on Sunday we got a super clear instructions how to get the keys and pass to the appartment. The apartment itself is very clean and well prepared for the stay/vacation. Both bathroom and kitchen were super clean and has everything necessary! We got a very nice and useful tips about local shops, restaurants and other facilities! Really close to the sand beach Los Locos! We have spent a fantastic week in this apartments and are super-excited about all the practicalities and help we got from the Host! Again a huge thank you to the host - Iryna!!! El apartamento de Pierre es una maravilla, grande, espacioso y con todas las comodidades para pasar una estancia muy agradable en familia. Cabe destacar la limpieza del apartamento y en especial también, la terraza con vistas al puerto y unos sillones donde disfrutar de ellas. La ubicación en todo el centro de Torrevieja hace que puedas disfrutar tanto de su oferta comercial como de sus playas. Además teníamos a nuestra disposición hamacas y todo para llevar a la playa. Pierre es muy amable y atento, nos dejó tb una plaza de parking para esos días por un precio muy conveniente. Repetiremos seguro, muchísimas gracias por todo!!

I was surprised they had beach chair to loan at apartment. Everything was nice except ventilation in a toilet. Time to get that done to get spotless review.

Erinomainen sijainti: ranta lähellä, ravintolat lähellä, ruokakauppa lähellä ja linja-autoasema kävelymatkan päässä. Asunto on kauniisti sisustettu ja kaikkea, mitä tarvitsi (koneet, astiat, ruokailuvälineet, pesuaineet jne) löytyy. Asunto vaikutti juuri remontoidulta, keittiön kaapit ja pinnat olivat tahrattomat, samoin kylpyhuone. Plussa myös sille, että asunnossa oli erillinen makuuhuone. Rafaelia en tavannut, mutta sain häneltä nopeasti apua TVn käytössä ja hän myös ystävällisesti varmisti, että ongelma oli ratkennut.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, direkt am Strand, aber da nicht zur Straße ausgerichtet, kein Lärm zu vernehmen. In der Wohnung selbst gab es eine sehr reichhaltige Ausstattung, mit allem was man braucht. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Konstantin ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, stets hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung.

I stayed at Dorin’s apartment for a week. Everything was just as it should be. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the beach and all services are nearby. It is very well equipped, including beach chairs. Everything went smoothly, and Dorin was flexible with both the late arrival and early departure. I would gladly come again.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé, proche des commerces, des restaurants et bien sûr de la plage avec une belle promenade qui longe la mer et qui mène jusqu'au port de plaisance. nous avons passer une agréable semaine a torrevieja. je recommande a 100% l'appartement

Nous sommes très satisfaites de ce séjour au sein de ce studio très agréable. Jörgen est quelqu’un de très accueillant et très arrangeant. Nous n’avons pas du tout été déçues, et cela a contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour !

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Viktors Penthouse! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft – der Ausblick vom Balkon ist spektakulär: das weite Meer + die schön gestaltete und abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtete Poolanlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohnen braucht – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auf dem Balkon wäre ein größerer Tisch zum draußen Essen wünschenswert. Auch haben die Sitzmöglichkeiten gefehlt ( nur ein Sessel und ein Sofa) – da steckt noch viel Potenzial drin! Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt in einer top Lage – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
