Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Loch Lomond

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

What a fabulous place to stay. So much to discover. Loved the single track road to Oban, especially spending time just watching the highland cows and calves. Oban itself was wonderful and had The Best Fish and Chip shop ever!!! (As recommended by Rick Stein). The grounds of Lonan house were superb and led to many varied walks. The apartment was a real home from home. Glencoe is only a stones throw away and although we didn’t get to visit Mull or Kererra the majesty of these islands brings tears to my eyes when I stand and observe them from the harbour in Oban. After a week in the bosom of Lonan House we genuinely did not want to leave. Thank you to Elaine and Malcolm for all the little extra touches that made us and our two little dogs feel so welcome.

I absolutely loved my day at Simon's place. The location is stunning, especially with the bay windows looking out to the sea. The little café down the road was wonderful and it was so nice arriving to some local coffee and a packet of shortbread! Simon was very helpful and accommodating, especially when my husband and child decided to join me for the end of my trip. He happily provided more linens, and even let me charge my electric car using his port. He also offered use of his BBQ and left us coals to use while he was away. You couldn't ask for more! The location was perfect for a relaxing day, and lots of beautiful walks. I also managed to get a bit of work done too! I will certainly be booking again, Both for myself and for some family.

Great flat right in the centre of town, perfect for 4 of us plus dog for a couple of nights. Flat had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean (great shower too). Car park across the road was perfect for our vans and not expensive. Fiona and Mairi were very helpful. The welcome basket, toiletries and dog treats were an added bonus!

This was a fantastic location lots of fun things to do around a beautiful city. The apartment was super clean, well organized and not noisy at all. The only comment I can make is that the place is actually bigger than the photos make it feel so that was a huge positive surprise.

Our stay at Hayley’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible decor. The space was thoughtfully styled, and it was clear that Hayley has an amazing eye for interior design. The space has a perfect balance of comfort and creativity. Each detail, from the furniture to the artwork, was curated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Would 100% stay here again!

Very well located. Five minute, downhill walk to town. Uphill on the return. Off street parking. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of hooks and towel rails in bathroom. James and Kirsty were extremely helpful and friendly. Tiny kitchen bench to prepare meals and eat at. Lacks a sense of privacy due to the location of windows and the shared driveway. Ideal for a short stay.

We had a really lovely stay in Shandon. The house was nicely presented and in a peaceful location with beautiful views—such a relaxing spot to unwind. One unexpected highlight was spotting a submarine out on the water! The hot tub was a real treat too, especially in the evenings. A great base for exploring the area and enjoying some quiet time by the coast.

Sabina’s place was perfect - very comfortable, spotless, within walking distance of town center, and an hour’s drive from ancient prehistoric (4000 BC!) burial sites and forts.

We had a fab stay, great location, excellent home from home. The weather was fantastic which enabled us to use the lovely peaceful garden.

We wanted to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what we did, the house is beautiful and comfortable and the surroundings are stunning.

Bendhu is set in a peaceful location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially after a day of hill walking. Martin’s communication was excellent throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property for a relaxing break.

Wir hatten als Familie (eine Tochter, 4 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pinemarten Chalet. Die Unterkunft ließ von Ausstattung und Lage nichts zu wünschen übrig und war idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen in den südlichen Highlands. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleinere Shops aller Art beim Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, größerer Supermarkt in Killin), Startpunkte für Wanderungen und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Der kleine Laden im Portnellan Holiday-Park (mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Größen) bietet zudem auf kurzem Fußweg das Nötigste auch auf kurzem Fußweg und Ausleih-Möglichkeiten für Bücher, Spiele und Filme. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Blick auf den Ben More von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei (fast) jedem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Lucy und Cameron klappte hervorragend, sogar Eier von Enten und Hühnern konnten direkt bestellt werden ;). We'll be back!

We stay quite often in Scotland to visit family, this felt more like home to us. Nicely furnished, well equipped and thankfully on the rainy days, plenty of games to choose from. It was unlucky that the children were poorly during our stay but were so lucky to have such Lovely hosts who were very accommodating and kind. We’re be back again! Thank you xx

We had a wonderful stay at Balmory Stables. A beautiful property in a peaceful location with all the amenities you need. We were so lucky to have a week of non-stop sunshine and the garden was the perfect place to soak that up from morning to late evening. Less than a 10 minute drive to Rothesay with a great selection of shops and restaurants.

O local é muito bom, fácil acesso, ônibus muito perto. Tudo muito novo e muito limpo no quarto. Banheiro ótimo e chuveiro maravilhoso. Recomendo!

Stated for one night. Flat was immaculate! Easy commute to the city centre. Good supermarkets near by. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a 2nd visit to Paisley Penthouse and we just love it. Carol-Anne is a great host and nothing beats the view. With the amazing weather on this trip we really got a lot of use out of the balcony which was decorated beautifully. Walkable to local train, buses, groceries, amazing restaurants and pubs. Will be back for sure!!

This is a gem of an Airbnb, which suited us down to the ground not only because it was close to family but on account of its relative seclusion (despite which, the centre of Glasgow is within easy reach). It's an amazingly peaceful property to the rear of and beneath the hosts' home, opening out onto a garden that resembles a small nature reserve: it is truly lovely. The hosts themselves kind, considerate and responsive. All in all, no guest could ask for more. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer and we recommend this property wholeheartedly.

We had an incredible 3 night stay at Skyfall. One of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed! Spotlessly clean rooms with an amazing view. A lot of effort was made to make our stay feel extra special. It was the perfect birthday getaway and the hosts were very kind and welcoming from the minute we arrived. This makes a huge difference compared to the standard ‘self check-in’ experience that a lot of places offer. We had a great stay! The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The flat was exactly as shown in the photos, well-furnished, clean, and had a real homey feel to it. The location was perfect for us, with a lovely wee local pub just across the road. We parked on Ford’s Road, which was convenient and only a short walk away. We didn’t spend too much time in the flat, but it had everything we needed. When we first arrived, we thought the walls might be a bit thin and expected to hear the neighbours, but it was actually really quiet - no noise at all. We slept so well in the comfy beds. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place, so peaceful and fantastic large garden to wander in. Great hosts who were lovely and helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the flat that made it really welcoming and special.

Had a fantastic time - Pine Martin apartment was like a home from home - brilliantly equipped kitchen - comfy sofa and beds. The covered balcony was perfect to relax and take in the stunning views across the loch and down towards Schiehallion. We also used the facilities at the hotel and the staff there could not have been more welcoming and helpful in the Wild Brownie restaurant, the Marina and the spa. Food was delicious and one of the best spa treatments I've had. Came away feeling like we'd been on a retreat and fully rested and recharged. The only negative was the early checkout at 10am - for a fee of £35 we could have had a later checkout which we felt was an excessive charge for an 'admin' fee.
