Comfortable home in a GORGEOUS spot! This was our first visit to the finger lakes, and Jess’s spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock and taking in the views. Plenty of space, and really comfortable- especially with so many outdoor sitting areas. It was a perfect place!

The house was beautiful and better than the pictures. There was lots of room for socializing and sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with the essential appliances (blender, toaster, coffee etc). The hot tub and spa area was the perfect place to relax and entertain. We loved the house and enjoyed the outdoor deck and garden spaces!

Berkeley Breeze-Private Lake Access with Hot tub

Berkeley Breeze was the perfect spot for a relaxing get away. It was pet friendly and very accommodating for a dog. The house was comfortable, clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet lake community with the lake at the end of the street. The backyard had a propane grill, hot tub and a propane fire pit. There is the most gorgeous weeping willow tree on the property. We enjoyed all the walking and hiking trails in the area. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely return! Ellen
