We loved our stay! The house itself is nice, but we spent most of our time outside on the deck, in the hot tub, or on the lake. It was a little cold when we visited, but it was still nice to be able to use the paddle board/kayaks and explore the lake & I imagine it would be much better in the warmer months. There isn’t much of a town, which means limited options for food nearby, but it was definitely worth the limited options for the peace we felt there!

The Lake House was a beautiful old house with a spectacular view. Check in instructions were clear and check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were cozy but need more lighting. Bathrooms were clean. We had beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the outdoor space. Firewood was provided for the firepit, and beach towels that have seen many seasons, were provided for the hot tub. As mentioned in previous reviews, it is a well-loved family home, and you will find family pictures and art from the grandkids on the walls. If you are looking for a hotel like atmosphere this isn't the place for you. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Cozy Clark Cottage was all we could have wanted for a long stay at the lake. The location was the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. Set far back on a secondary lane and not visible from the main road, but only a couple minute drive into town for groceries, a pharmacy, a huge wooden playground, a library, bank, post office, bakery (amazing!), the quaintest brewery, and more. The region itself is breathtaking with tons to do! We thoroughly loved playing in the large yard. The lake is beautiful and we went to the water’s edge every single day - rain or shine - to skip stones, wait (& wait) for fish to bite, and search for tiny shells and “fairy glass.” The fire pit provided welcomed heat on chilly evenings, as did the wood-burning stove inside. One of our favorite features was the climb up nook with a double bed where my kids rotated who would be the designated occupants. Beds were comfortable and we all woke well-rested for each day’s adventures. This spot is a gem!

Me and my husband and son had an amazing time staying at Jennifer's cozy cabin while we explored the finger lakes region. It was truly a slice of heaven, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the world. It felt utterly private and peaceful, very comfortable, very beautiful, the decor of the cabin was calming, the hot tub was excellent, wonderful furry and feathery friends came to visit us every day in the yard. Jennifer was always helpful and proactive but we didnt need anything! We had everything we needed. I cant recommend this cabin enough if you are looking for a serene and peaceful getaway close by to natural wonders.

Was a beautiful place. Quite had plenty of good fire wood and very clean place. Neighbors were great enclosed front porch was great to eat and be able to look at lake. Nice air conditioning though out home. Will definitely visit again. Steve was a wonderful host. 5 stars I.n my book

We enjoyed this peaceful haven away from home with our little family. The lakefront view, fire pit, and clean and cozy cottage were just right for a weekend getaway.

This was the perfect place for a much needed getaway with friends and family. it had the right amount of space for 6 adults to relax, chill and cook meals together. The weather wasn't ideal but the outdoor space was great when we could be outside. Thanks for offering your home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shaun’s place! The house is truly right on the lake. The backyard was amazing! There’s tables and chairs, bonfire, and a covered patio outside as well. My husband, dog, and I loved drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The house was exactly as described as well. The place was tastefully decorated and had everything you could want! There’s local restaurants and breweries close by and it wasn’t too far from Seneca Lake where we hiked and visited wineries. We went mid October and the fall foliage was perfect! The house also has a gas fireplace which was the perfect addition. So cozy! I definitely recommend staying here!

The cozy cottage was very well located. The host, Christopher, was responsive. We had a great time and walked to a great lakefront restaurant, a very fun brewery and beautiful park.

I stayed for a month and it worked out great. Well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The area is very quiet.

we had a great vacation - my husband and 2 kids. we enjoyed the space and had everything we needed. we enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake. we sat on the deck, played games at the kitchen eat in counter. watched TV and relaxed/slept on extremely comfortable beds. it was a very quiet location even surrounded by other houses. it was close by to many of our trip highlights including the sandy bottom park, Naples pizza, red cat winery, lynnie lous ice cream and the Corning museum. would recommend this place to future families looking for a place to stay.

This house is absolutely worth the cost. Kevin is a great host, he is always responsive. He is very accommodating. The house is beautiful and is just as described. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax and unwind then this is your place. The views are amazing and the house is so comfortable.

Christopher was extremely patient and accommodating after I made a booking error for our weekend. The place is really fun and in a great location. You can walk to so many different restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee, and the lake. Would absolutely book again.

What a find! I grew up near lake and it was as beautiful as ever to look out the windows as we ate with many memories. The large table was well used. It was a perfect place to have a small family reunioun with cousins. It was also used to play cards with childhood friends. Close to Letchworh Park. She was very responsive , had every instruction written, local menus and was very clean. She had coffee and laundry stuff which was sooooo appreciated. A family friend will probably book it. I MOST certainly will. Although we did not use the fire pit area-tooo cold/rainy it would have been a great place to hang out along with the patio area. Did not miss having no lake access but close to public beach. Nice driveway that fit more than 2 cars. Love the week spent there!
