Gloria and Kent are wonderful, warm people! They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable in their beautiful artist studio. Their photography and pastel works are stunning and the private sitting area and bedroom are just so lovely! The setting is pastoral and quiet, with just the birds chirping. The meditation garden and quiet deck added to the relaxing atmosphere. This was undoubtably my best Airbnb stay ever! Thank you, Gloria and Kent!

If you want to experience the true nature of hospitality you definitely need to stay at Ms. Cathy's homestead! Upon our arrival, Cathy was welcoming and gracious by giving us a tour of the premises. As soon as we entered the property, the atmosphere displayed a feeling of "being at home away from home". Ms. Kathy is a wealth of knowledge! As a native and long-time resident of Honeyoe, she assesses your plans upon your visit and provides recommendations to maximize your experience during your stay. When it comes to accommodations, her home is immaculate. The rooms offer nature's views, along with comfort and privacy. Ms. Cathy offers the concept of "bed and breakfast" by preparing delicious homemade breakfasts, where she prepares everything from scratch. Ms. Cathy also shares her musical talents (you need to be there to experience them) as well as her kindness and sweet personality. It is our new hidden gem for future visits! It should be yours as well!

Just like someone else said - if you’re thinking of booking a room here- JUST DO IT!! My husband and I had such a wonderful stay. Elaine and Doug are the most warm, hospitable people and their B&B is beyond cozy. Having fresh morning coffee on the porch in rocking chairs was the breath of fresh air we needed!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, down to the last drop of orange juice. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but will absolutely stay again if we’re in the area.

This was our second stay at Doug and Elaine’s place, and we were once again charmed by their gracious hosting. Their place is a historical gem, and the beautifully-appointed home and scenic landscape feed your soul. Don’t hesitate to book this place right away!

Beautiful, historic house. Quiet and peaceful but still less than a 1/2 mile walk to SUNY Geneseo campus and restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay! Very close to Letchworth State Park. Great breakfasts and outstanding hosts! We would love to visit again! Highly recommended!

This place was an immaculate and well decorated Victorian house. It had great vibes and the hosts were friendly and down to earth and easy to be around. They were accommodating and super responsive. Everything about this place was welcoming and interesting. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom had a double sized shower, both a treat at a B&B. The tv was small and on the side of the bed so that made watching the playoffs not that comfortable. The only small negative is the breakfast. We had lovely homemade food: mini fruit smoothie and a German pancake one morning and fresh fruit with a dollop of yogurt and a French toast casserole the next but both days we were seriously waiting for the protein course-either eggs or something heartier to sustain us. We were there to hike Letchworth State Park and the breakfast fell short. Fruit and a carb really needs a protein course to follow it. You expect a big multiple course meal at a B&B. Bet she’d make a great quiche! I’d stay again!
