The house sits on the top of the Genesee Valley overlooking some of the most beautiful scenes in the county. From the apartment windows you can see Letchworth state park and the mount Morris dam! The property is only 4 miles to the Letchworth state park entrance, 6 miles to the Serene Conesus lake!

The Red Saw Mill of Honeoye Falls

Enjoy small town life in this historic Red Saw Mill located right on a beautiful waterfall. Your apartment on the second floor has lovely views of the falls and creek. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery, brewery, grocery store. Explore Rochester, Letchworth State Park, and the Finger Lakes with this as your base. Niagara Falls is a couple of hours away. Good spot for visiting family and friends, attending events, or just relaxing inside or in the lovely yard along the creek.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Located in the heart of main st Geneseo. You will be able to walk to Geneseo, restaurant's, pubs, and shopping. Located above Geneseo favorite, Mama Mias Pizza and Sweet Arts Bakery. If you're in town for a concert at the Geneseo Rivera we are located less than a 2 min walk. Grab a cup of coffee and tour SUNY Geneseo if you're a future student or alumni, this location is fantastic. Less then 10 miles to letchworth state park and 5 to Conesus Lake.

This is a second floor apartment with off street parking on Main street in the heart of town. There is a coffee maker, plates, glasses and silverware. Stairway to the apartment is outside and shown in photo. No TV or A/C, although fans will be provided. Close to Letchworth park, many wedding venues, short walk to Geneseo campus and plenty of restaurants, shopping and drinking establishments.
