Monthly Rentals in Lingèvres

We were with a group of family members to visit some places related to D-day, among other things. A very nice and practical base for, among other things, a visit to the famous beaches such as Omaha and Utah beach, bunker complexes, American cemetery, Sante-Mere-Eglise etc. The house itself is practical and comfortably furnished. Large kitchen, large sitting area, nice bedrooms with good beds. 2 good bathrooms and 3 separate toilets, great! The house is located near a farm, on the edge of a small village, with beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding area of mainly farmland. A nice quiet place with a good house as an ideal base for a visit to the region.

We were warmly welcomed by Janine. She is a very thoughtful host, who is good advice and who made our stay most enjoyable. Janine was both responsive and non-intrusive. The accommodation was very peaceful, comfortable and well-equipped. Janine's paintings very nicely embellish this small, functional space. We really enjoyed the interaction with Janine, and we thank her for her delicious gifts (fresh eggs and small pastries). We recommend this listing, we'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to many D-Day attractions.
