The space was very comfortable and inviting. Just what we needed for our getaway. The space was clean and organized and had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Maria was there ready to help with whatever we needed. I definitely recommend this space for your future trip to Providence!

We enjoyed staying at Tommy’s. The place is exactly what we needed and it was as described and depicted in the photos. More importantly, Tommy responded in a timely manner and offered recommendations to local spots to check out.

This was within close proximity to great seafood restaurants and a homemade ice cream shop. The home is spotless and very comfortable. It is decorated nicely and you have the entire floor to yourself. Plenty of towels and washcloths… and the refrigerator had a water filter. Very nice touches when you are away from home.

This loft type apartment was out of the ordinary for us but was so much fun. It had a great vibe to the building and super secure. Everything was clean when we checked in and had no problems.

We loved our stay! This spot was lovely and had everything you would want in a stay. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, amenities, and decor. The location was convenient and felt safe. Sarah was prompt with communication and provided helpful recommendations. I would love to return!

Wilson was a lovely host. He was extremely responsive, friendly and professional. He made sure to ease my concerns of being safe, while I traveled solo. (As a woman that’s always a worry). The place was clean and cozy. Decor, furniture and plants made it feel like a family home. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Looking forward to having this as an option when I visit RI.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

Andrew's place is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with some original art on the walls, and spacious. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with pretty much anything you need to cook. Everything was spotless. One one the best places that I 've stayed in. And I appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

Unique stay in the historic Providence Arcade (built in 1828) within the downtown core of Providence. Great location within walking distance of everything downtown, and just a few blocks from some great coffee shops (Little City) and places to eat (Ellie's is fantastic). I highly recommend this unique place; it was quiet, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The house is on a quiet street and easy access to get to wherever you need to be in Providence area. Loved the extra details from snacks to the calendar being updated for our stay. Will book again!

This is a cute little studio apartment. Host very responsive. Good location close to convenience store, restaurants, and grocery store. Reatively accurate description, was a tad of a challenge to locate as the photos show the house is yellow with brown trim and it is now bluish gray with white trim. The apartment was very clean and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Definitely has everything you need and more. Would/will definitely stay again.

Great location, no issues with the host or the stay. Only downside was cell service (at&t) was terrible. The host had wifi available for use, so make sure to connect to it and use your wifi calling! Lots of great local and chain restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Norton House of Pizza!!

I had a great stay in this AirBnB. Place looks just like the photos, close to Providence, grocery store nearby and an off street parking spot. I stayed for a month and miss it already!

Spacious, very clean, updated, comfortable apartment, all on 2nd story with lots of light. Feels like a home with all the amenities we wanted to cook meals and relax. Nicely furnished with art on the walls. Beautiful neighborhood. I would be happy living there. Easy walk to Hope St shops and restaurants, maybe 25 min (mostly) level and beautiful walk to Brown/RISD. Would definitely stay again. Maybe helpful details: Has blackout shades in back bedroom for those that like to sleep in. Takes a little patience to get the hot water to come on (might have on-demand hot water like our home, so we were used to it). Has a walk-in shower & low edged bathtub (tub didn’t have a shower curtain).

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

We stayed at this awesome property for a Monday-Thursday girls trip. The property could not have been better. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and the views from every deck were beautiful. I kitchen was clean and well appointed. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were unique and beautiful. I hope to return again.
