Med panoramautsikt, 70m til sjøen og en romslig planløsning er dette et ideelt sted for familier og ansvarlige, voksne vennepar. Hytta er bygget i moderne nordisk stil med store vindusflater som slipper inn dagslyset og gir en følelse av å være tett på naturen. Rause fellesarealer med rom for felles aktiviteter både inne og ute. Trampoline og boblebad er tilgjengelig fra mai–okt.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchenware, WiFi, TV, gas grill and heated hot tub on the porch outside. Private front door. Perfect for a couple or small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the dorm. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Great cabin in one quiet cabin area. The cabin appears as new, has 3 bedrooms and a loft sleeps 2. There are a total of 9 beds in the cabin. The patio you have the sun all day, great porch with a view over a pond. There are 9 duvets and 9 pillows in the cabin. Bed linen and towels are provided. List of house rules, cleaning and use of Jacuzzi can be found in the cabin. REMEMBER!! Good body hygiene before bath IN Jacuzzi.

Holiday house by/Otra and Evje center

Rural, and super central to Evje city center. Child friendly with play hut, swing set, trampoline, ball bouncer. Large lawn for play. Hot tub and annex. Several seats outside and dining area right by the river edge. Several sup boards available and good swimming spots. Several spaces with fire pits available. Evje city center is 350 meters away. You are sheltered and feel the space is rural and for yourself.

Place with perfect location on Søm in Kristiansand, 10 minutes by car to the city center, the zoo, Sørlandsparken, Kjevik and child-friendly beach at Hamresanden. There are also beaches on Søm 15-20min walk away. Everything is new spring-2022 The bus often goes right outside the home to easily get around. Big garden with table/chairs and lawn with evening sun after long days on the go.
