Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Agder

We had an amazing stay! The view of the Hellefjord was simply magical – it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The apartment was incredibly cozy and inviting, perfect to relax. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we felt at home from the start. We would definitely come back to it again – thank you so much for a memorable stay!

The property is absolutely stunning, only topped by the amazing views! The home is beautifully nestled into the rock and natural surroundings. Consequently, the views from the hot tub and the sauna are breathtaking. During our stay, we had excellent sunny weather and enjoyed daily. Hikes: either directly from the home or within a 30 minute car drive. The house itself is well laid out and the kitchen has everything you need for six people. It never felt crowded, except occasionally the two lounge chairs from which you could view the valley, as we sometimes fought over who gets to sit in them… 😊 There is a small grocery store just down the mountain within a 15 minute drive. It is well stocked but a bit expensive. For us this was a perfect vacation as we just wanted to enjoy nature and relax. Beyond that, there really isn’t much to do as there are neither museums nor cultural points of interest. During the winter time, this obviously is a prime skiing location.

We stayed at Marco's place for a week over New Year's Eve. We were there with four adults, one child, two toddlers and a dog. The place was very cozy and above all big enough for all of us. It was clean and everything important in terms of amenities was on site. The view was incredibly beautiful (especially from the jacuzzi) and the nature around it perfect for walking. We felt comfortable and what can be emphasized very positively was the communication with Marco. He was always friendly and always easily accessible. We just found it a pity that the firewood was not included in the price, as we know this from other accommodations and that some things were distributed outside (dishwashing brush, mop, grill grate). We were a little surprised, but didn't bother us. So it's complaining to a high standard. If the world wasn't that big, we would definitely come back.

A wonderful house in a lovely location close to both city, sea and more. Absolutely perfect place for us who were on Easter holidays with smaller children. We would gladly came back ☺️

The house and its garden were beautiful. There was plenty of room for eight people, and the children adored the large garden with its trampoline. The area was very quiet yet still close to Kristiansand. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great time staying at Marie and her family's nice house. Very tidy and clean! Marie is an amazing hostess to rent from, we are very welcome😊. Responded quickly to questions we had. Short distance to the city centre and the zoo. We gladly came back!😃

Ok house and very nice and helpful host. Somewhat remote location (15-20 mins drive to Arendal)

Very happy with your stay. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children. Big and small had a good time. Plenty of space. The only "negative" we have to say is that the glass railing outside seemed somewhat unstable, didn't dare leave the kids out there alone in case they leaned on it.

Great house, great host!

Morten and Sue are really wonderful hosts. They welcomed us personally on arrival and showed us everything important. We felt immediately comfortable and our stay was simply fantastic. The location of the house is perfect for exploring the south coast. We were traveling from Mandal to Arendal and also to Hillesand. The house really offers everything to relax and is incredibly large and spacious. We were able to use the terrace almost every day for breakfast. It is so wonderful to start the day there in peace and with a view of nature. When it rains, there are also 2 cozy conservatories in the house as an alternative. The sauna, hot tub and natural pool are an absolute highlight that we also used daily. It's really all in top condition and we can only praise the house and its hosts in the highest terms.

It's a great value, new and modern with quality solutions. Great location for those who want some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and at the same time not too far away from shops. Very good response and service from host, recommended!

Kjetil was quick in the response and we were very lucky that it was actually available during the time we needed it on a day's notice.

Very cozy cabin and nice host

Plenty of space in the cabin! Several living rooms! Nice outdoor spaces! Super parking at the cabin for several cars!

Perfect stay. The only thing I would improve is that I would get some more remote controls for the gate, so you can leave in different teams when there are more people in the cabin.

Our family of two adults and two children spent 3 nights at Christian's cabin at the start of the winter holidays. Nothing to postpone in either cabin or surroundings! Great decorated cabin that had everything we needed and more. Great to be able to strap on the cross-country skiing just outside the door, trek over the yard also we were right in the light trails. The jacuzzi was also a big plus, which we took advantage of every night. Christian was friendly and quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend the place to stay!
