Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Cabin with annex is secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac, west facing and sunny on a plateau with great views. Private swimming area and swimming rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are visiting Sørland or Dyreparken, this is an excellent option.
