Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed.
