Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lez

We had a great time in this beautifully decorated apartment with a very complete equipment. The instructions to access it were very clear , the location was perfect a few tram stops from the polygon and comedy . Cécile and Sam are very responsive hosts.

Perfectly contained stylish apartment! Ideal for our short stay in Montpellier. Equipped with everything we needed and just a short walk from the picturesque square and a fantastic tapas bar ‘Times’’. A friendly and communicative host, we would happily stay here again!

I loved this apartment. There is plenty of space, the furniture and bed - very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Clean toilet. The washing machines are very convenient, easy to use, soap provided. It is a 5-minute walk to the tram, 15-minute walk to St-Roch train station, ~15 minutes to Place de la Comedie, 5-minute walk to many small shops and restaurants/cafes, 20-minute walk to the Faculty of Medicine. Apart from the neighbors who happily used their terrace until midnight, it was very quiet and noiseless during the night. The only thing that was a little difficult was the heat, especially at night. As the windows were only at the height of a person, and not knowing the neighborhood, I did not feel quite sure about leaving the shutters completely open during the night, and it was 35+ during the day. But I think I could have left them open without any problems. Thank you for a very good and pleasant stay!

the apartment is pleasant and quiet. the instructions allow you to be self-contained, with rather easy parking.

The apartment is centrally located in the new district of Port Marianne. Nearby you will find a supermarket, good restaurants and the tram station to the old town is around the corner. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a short stay. Audrey explained everything to us at check-in very well and very friendly.

The apartment has great character with funky decor and a chair swing that was a hit with our daughter. Plenty of space to spread out, plus a large bathroom downstairs. The location is unbeatable: two blocks from the train station and parking, with amazing restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep. The major challenge is the five flights of stairs. Hauling luggage up was tough for us, so I'd mainly recommend this for younger travelers. And the single AC unit cooled the downstairs bedroom adequately but barely reached the top floor. Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay. The stellar location made up for the quirks.

What a fantastic place! Top floor of an apartment right in the heart of Montpellier with restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores - pretty much everything within minutes. Being on the top and with a good size balcony was really what made this place special. We had breakfast daily on the balcony and then a nightcap after our day’s adventures looking at the lights of the city. Having the bed up in the loft made the place feel even bigger. AC worked fine and communication with Chihab and Melissa was great. We’d definitely come back here and stay for a longer time.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Beautiful and large house, perfect for easily visiting Montpellier. Clean and well decorated, it was perfect for our group of 6. Air conditioning and easy parking were definitely assets! We highly recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation with a parking space right outside the door, spacious rooms, a beautifully decorated living room/sam, a nice and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or bask. Not far from everything, 20 minutes' walk to Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 minutes to Port Marianne. Manuel, the host is nice, clear instructions. I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

We liked the place very much. We were able to reach many different locations quickly and easily from the property. The surroundings were very quiet. Christophe was very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house was very well equipped. The kitchen had many utensils. The shared garden was also very nice and invited us to relax. Excellent apartment with all the necessary comforts and quality amenities. very quiet and particularly well located accommodation. Private parking is an undeniable plus in an urban environment with parking meters. once the car is stored in its box, everything is done on foot in Montpellier or by tram. Fabien was an available and pleasant host. We recommend this great place!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
