Small studio extremely well appointed and very quiet. Very nice balcony overlooking the back of the residence. A big plus with the bikes available to get to Espiguette beach or the center of Grau du Roi. Pascale is thoughtful and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Very welcoming house with everything you need and ideal for spending a few days in Montpellier. Everything was clean and tidy. The piano was also a very nice plus! Only downside, the center is a little far away on foot and the tram does not pass through the neighborhood, but with a bike or scooter it goes very well

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in relation to our check-in and checkout times. The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available. And little children's books and toys that were very helpful to us!

Very friendly welcome, clear explanations on how the different devices work. Clément is very available and responsive. The house is in a very nice location, in a quiet residential area, with a park at the end of the street and bus 17 to get to the center of Montpellier. The interior of the house is functional and comfortable, there were 8 of us and we had everything we needed to have a great week

Cathy offers a very nice little duplex with sea view. Beach and local shops, an ideal place for a stay as a couple or family. The parking is a plus because in Palavas all the places are paid. She welcomed us very well and showed us around. Very good stay for us, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful sea view that directly caught our attention when entering the studio! Jean-Louis and Martine are very kind, they welcomed us with a smile, were very responsive to our messages and questions. They prepared the accommodation for us quickly and everything was great when we arrived. In addition, they informed us of the different activities in the area. We went there outside school periods so it was very quiet, the summer must be a little louder with the children playing outside because we can hear the neighborhood, but only on the terrace. We highly recommend this nice studio!
