Il est situé au premier étage ( pas d ascenseur ) d une maison de ville (habitée) avec une cour arborée , il n y a pas de bruit malgré l emplacement au centre . Terrasse ensoleillée pour prendre vos repas PARKING PUBLIC GRATUIT à 8 mn a pieds . Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds vous êtes dans le centre ville

Le salon cuisine, la salle à manger, et les 2 chambres ont une vue imprenable sur la mer du 4 ème. 1 chambre vue mer sur 180 ° grâce à une baie donnant sur la plage + une baie donnant sur Sète à travers la salle à manger. L'intimité est préservée la nuit par un rideau. Les chambres sont séparées par un mur porteur. Appart personnel donc je ne loue que à des visiteurs avec avis positifs. Possibilité de conciergerie, ménage, livraison, chef à domicile
