Beautiful apartment and very nice host. It is super located and close to the harbor, as well as the city center. The building is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us.

The hosts were very responsive. The terrace was a nice feature with great views.

The location was excellent – everything was within walking distance. The host was really friendly and gave good local recommendations, which made our visit even more pleasant. We immediately felt welcome, and the personal touch on the passengers made an impression. The place was cleaned really well, and the big roof terrace was a wonderful addition! We could definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is close to Brignole and this allows you to easily reach both the center and all the surrounding areas such as Boccadasse, Nervi or Bogliasco. The available spaces are very large and comfortable for a family/group of friends. The host was very kind and helpful, both with check-in/checkout times and communications were very smooth. I take this opportunity to thank you again!

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

This place is amazing If the walls could talk they would have some stores to tell

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

The accommodation is particularly impressive due to the beautiful nature in which it is located, the hospitality of Elena and her husband, who looked after us during the stay, and the authenticity of the buildings. The furnishings are not particularly modern, the beds and furniture are not really cozy and it actually gets very warm in the house in summer, which you do not expect, because the walls and the entire exterior give the impression that it will definitely be cool. The TV is so small that eight people can't really use it sensibly, there is no couch in the living room and few sockets. This list of small "defects" could be continued a little further. But that's not the point. Anyone who is fussy here has not understood the place. It thrives on the special flair, the seclusion and the hosts. The homemade pizza from Elena will be a particularly positive memory. We would be happy to come back at any time to really take a break

Amazing apartment and view!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

The place is cozy and comfortable, very close to the town center, the terrace alone is worth every penny, had a great time

A fantastic place to stay which we would definitely recommend. There’s a great beach less than 15 minutes drive away, a fantastic bakery and a homemade pasta shop both within a 5 minute walk. Both Andrea and his wife were super friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a faithful reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty details: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found an excellent bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, you can reach the port in just a few minutes (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the center, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with excellent value for money. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍

Very simple and flexible check-in and check-out service, to meet our needs. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. Sofa bed slightly less comfortable but makes a virtue of necessity.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

Accommodation in a great location, both for walking to any destination and to go quickly to the station on foot. The accommodation complies with the photos as described, it is very clean and equipped, from the window there is a nice view and you can't hear noises. The bathroom is large and cozy. The kitchen has equipment to prepare simple meals and there is also a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the landlord was great and quick, he was very kind to welcome all my requests. Absolutely recommended place to stay.
