Holiday rentals with a patio in Levanto

Excellent stay. The accommodation is ideally located near the train station and the city center, very well equipped, with a magnificent view.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of Levanto. Minutes from the railway station, which was ideal for us as we were visiting Cinque Terre and Génova. Accommodated 5 of us comfortably.

This is a very clean, well situated apartment with a wonderful view. It’s located just next to the elevator for the Riomaggiore train station, and the host offers wonderful dinner suggestions in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly small apartment, but it has everything you might need as a couple.

The location was perfect. Andrea met us at the train station to walk us to the apartment. The place was super clean and the bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. We loved the roof top terrace to have a drink before going out for dinner. Just a warning: there are lots of stairs and they were quite steep to the terrace so if you have mobility issues Cinque Terre may not be the best destination for you. We loved it.

Everything as in the advert. I actually don’t think you need a car. There are great walks up the hill, there’s breakfast in the cafe next door and the next train station is a 10 mins walk away - and that takes you everywhere up and down the coast. My only quibble would be that the windows are single glazed and the morning traffic is loud. Fantastic hosts. Hard to beat!!

Franco and Elisabetta's place was great! The instructions to find the place were very good as it can be confusing to locate around Riomaggiore. I especially appreciated that the place was accessible with a code so that I didn't have to worry about bringing a key around. The kitchen was well stocked and the terrace was a nice bonus. Highly recommended to stay here!

A fantastic location, beautiful surroundings, and a wonderfully appointed apartment. Giovanni is such a respectful and helpful host, and even had amenities that were not expected. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the area!! A great value as well.

Angela’s place was perfect for our stay in Vernazza. She was a responsive and accommodating host. We loved the focaccia bread!

Nicola and Alice provided the best Airbnb experience my husband and I have ever had during our honeymoon. Their apartment is unique and it is clear it was decorated and is maintained with love and care. The photos do not do it justice- it is a BEAUTIFUL, comfortable space that is only outshined by the view and experience of the private roof terrace. Nicola was very responsive, kind, and hospitable. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Ligurian coast. 10/10 experience!!!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the great accommodation. The sea view was breathtaking. The cottage is superbly equipped and the location in the middle of olive trees is beautiful. Only the occasional trains passing through Recco and the cars and motorcycles driving on the main road disturbed the idyllic tranquility from time to time. But that's whining to a high standard. ;-) The hosts Lucia and Carlo are super nice including their sweet dog Tartu, who was very happy about our dog Lucy.

Giacomo's house gave us a weekend of peace and tranquility. Surrounded by greenery, about 10 minutes by car from Moneglia, it is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy a moment of peace. Impeccable cleanliness and proactive host in communications.

It didn't even match the pictures! On the contrary, what was even more beautiful! The morning with the view into the vineyard, a dream. Even the cats were friendly 😂 We recommend the accommodation to everyone as well as the local bakery 3 houses😅

Amazing and highly recommended stay. Giovanni's kindness that allowed us to leave our suitcases as soon as we arrived, he recommended a very good restaurant for dinner, he always responded quickly to every request. She made us find a welcome bottle with sweets and even two cell phone chargers in the rooms ( my friend had forgotten it and it was very useful). I'll definitely be back 😊

We, a young family with three children ages 8-12, spent four very nice days at Matteo's. The apartment was simple and at the same time perfect, especially the outdoor area was fantastic. After a sunny day, you could relax well in the shade of the orange tree. Matteo is a very accommodating and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is a small detached cottage in the middle of the vineyards, which is completely at your disposal. The area is away from the hustle and bustle and yet well located for a visit to the Cinque Terre (by bus you only need a few minutes to Riomaggiore). Right on the doorstep, there are some great hiking opportunities (e.g. to Biassa or Porto Venere). The personal reception by Eleonora and Emilia was great. They even reserved us a place in the nearby parking lot (due to the holiday, there was more going on). We enjoyed the stay to the fullest.

We came to see Cinque Terre for 3 days and loved staying in Anne and Francesco's place. It was super clean and fresh and beautifully appointed. Anne happened to meet us when we arrived and helped us tie up some loose ends with suggestions in our planning for the following 3 days. There is also a comprehensive personal guidebook in the condo. We loved the neighborhood which was so peaceful and the proximity to the waterfront, main promenade and eateries was perfect. Highly recommend staying in this lovely and tasteful property to enjoy the beauty of Cinque Terre.

We had a great family stay thanks to this apartment which has everything to please and which was incredibly clean. Giovanni is very pleasant and responsive, it was a real pleasure to live in this bubble for a day. We'll be back for sure!

Elisa came out to greet me at check-in and helped me with my luggage, and she was so kind. It was💛 a cute and pretty La Spezia accommodation!!

We loved our stay with Matteo. We had the best welcome of our entire stay in Italy: we had a late arrival (9:30 p.m.) and it was Matteo's mother and father who showed us around the accommodation, explaining how everything worked. Even better: we had everything we needed to make our first dinner and breakfast. It was really the highlight of our stay. It's also very close to everything, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a little problem and Matteo called his mother who arrived in less than 5 minutes. Wow, that's service :)! Here is a quick list of our impressions. Pros: - Incredible welcome +++ - Air conditioning throughout the accommodation - Very functional kitchen - Very spacious - Accessible everywhere on foot Cons: - the shower door may need to be repaired. It's the Airbnb that really makes us feel "home away from home"! Thank you ++++

Nico was very welcoming, I appreciated everything he has done make the place perfect and make us feel carefree. Would highly recommend for anybody. The view is way better than the pictures :)

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment as described, clean and functional. We even had lunch in the morning. The supermarket and bakery are 10 minutes walk away, the bus is at the foot of the apartment and takes you directly to the central station in 10 minutes. You can take the tickets at the tobacconist at the foot of the accommodation. We were able to make our daily visits to the 5 lands very easily from this apartment. Luca was a very available, pleasant host, who provided us with all the directions we needed. We would recommend this listing.

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!
