Great place to stay while in Riomaggiore. Nicola and Cecilia were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any requests we had. Kelly and Yuri were so communicative! They went out of their way to welcome us, feed us information, restaurant recommendations, suggestions on what to do - and they got us local pricing on a number of activities. The sunset cruise with Capitan Pepe was epic, beautiful and hilarious. The pace is up some steep stairs, but way closer to the water and town center than many other places. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt new and fresh. The pillows were varied and perfect. We so appreciated the well-enough stocked kitchen. Eating out can get crazy expensive, so being able to cook meals was essential for us.

Our stay in Vernazza was a highlight of our Italy trip, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable. Traveling as a family of six, we found the perfect mix of comfort, space, and charm. The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of character — with postcard-worthy views from the terrace that took our breath away every evening. The location was ideal: close to the train, harbor, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away. We loved waking to the sound of the sea and stepping right into the heart of Vernazza. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving snacks to greet us. If you're visiting Vernazza, don’t miss this place — it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

Marcella was a great host. The description of the place was accurate. The description explains that it's above the Piazza and restaurants/bars, and this is accurate. If you're looking to be close to the heart of Vernazza, this is the right place. We enjoyed our time on the beautiful balcony. We did use ear plugs in the evening when we went to bed. The bed and couches are not the most comfortable, that is my only negative on the whole experience.

We arrived by car around 8.45pm due to heavy traffic and a massive rain storm at our last location and Franca was very good about it, very accommodating which we were very grateful for. Franca gave us very clear driving and parking instructions well in advance so we knew we could not enter the village by car - because we arrived late in the evening, there was sufficient parking available. We were, at first, intimated by the walk with our luggage but very grateful that Casa Capellina was one of the first accommodations at the top of the hill! It took 5mins but it was work! ....especially going back up the hill when we checked out. The view from this apartment is absolutely stunning. The tiny staircase you'll need to climb each time is truly worth it! All kitchen and bathroom essentials were available and the bed is very comfy! .....we got used to the bells ringing from 7am. We fell in love with this place, we were sad to leave :(

Great location, beautiful terrace view, awesome host. Took me one minute to walk down to the little grocery spot to pick up things for breakfast. Great little kitchen with coffee supplies and mostly everything needed to cook. Just wished we had a few more days at this spot!

We are so grateful to Alessio for meeting us at the train station and carrying our bags up the steps to the apartment. The apartment location could not be better and it’s even better in real life than the pictures. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking overlooking the stunning harbour and hillside surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. The seafood here is superb . Vernazza in our opinion is the prettiest of the 5 villages and an ideal base for the surrounding hikes. We enjoyed the Corniglia to Vernazza, Vernazza to Monterosso, Via Dell Amore from Riomaggiore to Manarola. We also enjoyed a 2 hour boat trip to see all villages from the sea. Vernazza also has excellent gelateria. A highlight of our trip so far , we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Vernazza. It’s worth exploring all 5 villages. They are so easily connected by train and each has a unique charm. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Tellaro is a quiet gem with everything you need within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located in the middle of the city and has top facilities, uniqueness and an incredibly great roof terrace with sun all day. One minute's walk to the morning bath and shop. Very good bed and nice with cooling in all rooms. Washing machine makes it easy to travel. The place and the host are highly recommended. 10/10👏🏻🤩

We, a young family with three children ages 8-12, spent four very nice days at Matteo's. The apartment was simple and at the same time perfect, especially the outdoor area was fantastic. After a sunny day, you could relax well in the shade of the orange tree. Matteo is a very accommodating and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Giovanni’s place was perfect for our needs. Close to everything in Monterosso, equipped with all niceties, and very comfortable. Our trip was to celebrate or 50th birthdays, and Giovanni gifted us a lovely bottle of red to help us celebrate. Thank you for an unforgettable first stop on our 50’s trip!

Eduardo and Simone's place is beautiful and peaceful, so much so we requested an extra day which they granted. The bed was very comfortable!

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

We had a great stay!! The communication between the owner and us was 10/10. We felt safe in the location and it was just a short walk from the center of Rapallo.

Davide's accommodation is extremely well located, close to all the restaurants, the port and the beaches, in addition to being impeccably clean and tidy. As for Davide, he is a really charming, friendly host, who did not count his advice and recommendations of addresses for our stay to be a real No fault. We were even greeted with a good bottle of Prosecco! I highly recommend it!!

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment with friends to celebrate an important milestone. The view from the house is absolutely spectacular and falling asleep with the swaying of the sea was unique. The last stop on our trip to Italy and it couldn't have ended better. A fantastic accommodation with a host who is worth more than 5 stars. Magical terrace with a view that you can only dream of. Easy to get to both Genoa center and Portofino for those who want to experience it. Andrea as a host gave us lots of recommendations which was very valuable.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is fantastic. Not so close to the coastal road, but also not too high. Didn't need a car all week. 2 euros for the bus to Genoa, or Saint Margaret is also casual. I guess this won't be the last time with Carlo and Lucia. Very nice, thank you

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.

Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!
