Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately comfortable and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that these are not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

We had a great stay in a quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating environment. The accommodation is faithful to the description and the recommendations led us to an excellent restaurant. The host is very friendly and responds/finds solutions quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this beautiful gem and we will come back when we pass through the region.

Apartment with a superb sea view, close to all amenities. Very well arranged, decorated and equipped. We spent 2 nights at the end of May so we didn't get too hot and the apartment was quiet. Parking at the foot of the accommodation. Maybe a microwave to heat up the small dishes to avoid overheating the main room, otherwise nothing to complain about. Cédric will respond quickly if you have any questions. Overall we had a nice stay.

The studio is really as charming as in the photos. It is very well located in Leucate village. A large car park across the street makes it easy to park. Close to all shops, restaurants and the departure of the 4 trails that are to be done. The views are beautiful!! The inner courtyard with the pool is lovely. There are NO overlooks. The accommodation lacks nothing, the bed is very comfortable. Good communication from the agency. The staff is very available when needed. I would recommend this little haven of peace. Alone or for two, that's great!

I had a very good stay. The apartment matches the photos and the view of the beach is beautiful. only downside, the elevator was malfunctioning, but no regrets despite the 5 floors to climb. I would come back to spend a stay.

The apartment is tasteful and practical. The location in the very nice village of Leucate is optimal, everything is within walking distance, restaurants, small shops etc. Denis is very friendly, always reachable and responds quickly. We felt very comfortable in his apartment. Thank you!

Very good accommodation ideally located facing the port

Hélène's apartment is very cozy, very well arranged and decorated, ultra clean and offers all the necessities. The bedding is really comfortable. You can do anything on foot or by bike. Hélène is an amazing host, responsive, full of good advice and little touches that make all the difference. I would recommend it 100% and would definitely stay again.

Very well received by Julien's mother who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very well located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can go on foot. Secure parking, it's great. Julien gave us info on the places to visit to discover the region, the restaurants... And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very appreciable! We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend in Le Barcarès with our children. We arrived on Friday after school, to give them a nice surprise. Their joy in discovering our accommodation by the sea was magical! The apartment is very well furnished, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony is simply incredible, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hosts are warm and welcoming. We are delighted to leave this family getaway!

A real plus for the welcome with very pleasant communication, many practical and accurate information, permanent kindness and the desire for a successful welcome, responsive exchanges. Very good stay at Arnaud's. The apartment is very nice and very well located. The sea is 5 minutes' walk away, the port and its shops are 8 minutes away. Tastefully decorated, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation as well as its functionality. The terrace and parking space are a real plus. The residence is very quiet and very well maintained. Friendly and welcoming hosts. I will come back without hesitation.
