Holiday rentals with a pool in Leucate

Eric and his partner have lovingly restored and built this property set around the ruins of a 12 Century castle. It is astonishingly beautiful. On the roof terrace there is also a small shared pool. We were here out of season, but it was a lovely hot day, so Eric got up early in the morning to open and clean the pool for us. The inside is equally charming and the nights were super cold, but the heating works extremely well. Eric is an artist and also showed us his atelier- really beautiful paintings. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is authentic with beautiful surroundings and the nicest possible host. I will recommend this to all my friends and would like to return for an extended stay.

Beautiful villa both inside and outside. Modern and very well equipped. Everything is thoughtfully designed to spend a pleasant stay around the pool and outdoor kitchen. Everything about it is excellent

Very nice house, single-story, beautiful pool. The bedding is very good. close to the beach and lots of things to do in the area La Palme is a very pretty little village and very clean. Communication was perfect with the host.

A stay full of charm in a unique place that brings calm and proximity. Nothing is missing for a very pleasant stay... even the weather was nice for a month of January. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

We had a great weekend in Fitou in Arnaud's accommodation, rented for a bachelorette party. Everything was perfect: the accommodation is consistent with the photos, very clean, well-equipped and super pleasant to live in. The view is just sublime, we were able to have our breakfasts outside with a breathtaking view of the pond and the beach… a real joy! A big thank you to Arnaud for his warm welcome and availability. As a bonus, we even had a small wine tasting, a nice moment of sharing that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend this rental! Thanks again Arnaud 😊

Gregory's villa is really great. We were able to enjoy a long, quiet weekend. The villa is also very well located and we discovered Narbonne and the surrounding villages with stars in our eyes! We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

We had a great stay in Gruissan! The view from the place was beautiful! Very clean, very functional, very pleasant to be able to access the pools of the residence! Everything was really perfect.

We are very happy with our stay in Gruissan. The center is very nice, the walk to the beach of the Chalets and along the sea is very invigorating. The harbor and its restaurants are very attractive. The rented house has exceeded expectations, clean, tidy, easy location, now in the quiet and comfortable winter. We had a very pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

Beautiful villa. We stayed with the entire family for a week, 14 people from 2 to 65 years old. Everyone has each found their activities to meet on the large terrace in the evening.
