Great place, clean apartment and communal areas. Very safe and secure. So close to the beach which is clean and sandy. Great restaurants nearby. We hired bikes and explored the area, great bike paths. Parking was secure and easy to find. Beatrice was so kind and helpful, meeting us at the entrance and being flexible with check in. She was on hand when we had any questions.

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. We had a wonderful two-day stay. Everything was thought out in detail: impeccable cleanliness, hygiene products available, wellness and entertainment equipment... It was so well equipped that we really felt at home. Upon our arrival, romantic music greeted us, making the entrance even warmer. A real plus that touched us! The hosts were extremely responsive, attentive, with clear and precise instructions. The apartment is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view, especially in the evening. The bed and sofa are very comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of walks. A big thank you to the hosts for their exceptional welcome. We will have an excellent memory of this stay and we will be happy to come back. Of course, we will recommend this address 1000% to our loved ones!

The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

We spent two great weeks with Cat and Tof in Leucate. There were a few difficulties with the gate at first, but Cat and Beatrice as a concierge tried to fix the problem quickly (in the end, it was the batteries in the radio key) Nothing is missing in the house. Everything is really there. Much more than described(contact grill, crepes maker, fondue, blender, and much more. The proximity to the beach is also just great. It would be desirable if you had a second key. Since we were there with a child and a dog, you also went to the beach separately. But you always needed a key.

Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful house with a very fine kitchen floor. I discover I love to have colour about me. The balcony was perfect, catching the afternoon and evening sun (with a sun umbrella that was easy to use). The kitchen was well-equipped, with sharp knives (unusually for airbnb). Comfortable beds and quiet location. Wildlife in the surrounding salt-flats and lagoons was perhaps depleted (algal growth from pollution?) but it was wonderful to see flamingoes, pelicans and black-winged stilts. Great for walking, cycling and wonderful swimming in the far lagoon which is twice as salty as the sea. The village centre was humming with bars and a useful shop; it all felt very French.
