Monthly Rentals in L'Essart

We had a perfect spring in this house. We spent ten weeks in this house and were very satisfied. There were two adults and a dog who loved the big yard. For a week, there were four adults and we fit well even then. The house is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. The mattress in the other bedroom was too soft for a weak back, but luckily there were many beds. The village is small, but it has good services (boulangeri, butcher shop, lunch restaurant, tabac) and it is located close to the beaches. There are also many good hiking trails in the area. Only public transport (buses) is missing, otherwise the village is perfect. Stéphan is a very good host. He always responded quickly to messages and gave us a lot of good tips on where to go or what to do. We will definitely come here again.

Very well located accommodation for visiting the region (Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard...). All the necessities are on site. Thanks to Fabien who welcomed us for his advice and responsiveness.

Impeccable stay. We were 14 adults in the cottage and the 3 guest rooms located right next door. The place is secluded and peaceful but easy to find. Large property perfectly matching the photos. Nothing else to say.

Our stay at Laurence's was perfect! The small independent studio on the courtyard side was extremely clean, quiet, decorated with great taste, sober and very functional. Very good bedding, linens that smelled very good, equipped with everything you could need—from toothpaste to vacuum cleaner, and even pain au chocolat for breakfast! A little extra, the terrace with a beautiful honeysuckle! We were warmly welcomed by Renaud and we regret that we only stayed one night! We would definitely recommend this place!
