Apartment with fantastic views. You look all around over St Maarten and the sea. Apartment was very fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine available. There were also new bath towels ready. Everything looked taken care of. Definitely recommended!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

The accommodation is even better than in the photos, the place is peaceful and close to Grand-Case airport. Gilles was very responsive and friendly, we will recommend to our friends, thank you for the responsiveness!

Absolutely loved our stay. The view is beautiful and can be throughly enjoyed with outdoor set up (pool, loungers, table etc) We loved how the patio doors fully opened and tucked away creating an amazing indoor/outdoor living space. The beds were firm (but amazingly comfortable) although they could use some more pillow options. They were all very thick and hard. AC in the bedrooms worked well and the pool was clean. Check in was easy. Our host answered any and all questions quickly. We have been to sxm many many times and Anse Marcel has been our favorite area thus far. Beautiful area, Beautiful beach. We would absolutely return here.

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary view, sublime facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very nice and simple to live in, offers all the essentials to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Beautiful location walk to lots of restaurants seconds from the beach walking. Private yard great pool quiet. Couldn’t have been happier.

Beautiful airbnb with all that you would need for a great stay. It looked exactly like the picture. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything was really close by ( restaurants and entertainments etc). Laurean gave clear and direct instructions on how to find and check in to the airbnb. Would definitely come back here and recommend this place to others.

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

Hidden gem! Such a beautiful home and thoughtfully put together. We had a child and the house felt so safe even the pool had an alarm if a child fell in. The house has everything you need and more. We will be back again!

Our stay at Cheryl's spacious Airbnb was an excellent experience. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more. We traveled with children and Cheryl's house had some toys and children's beach equipment. The house is located very central in Philipsburg, in one of its busier areas. The beach was right across the street from the house. Cheryl was very attentive and responsive at all times and made us feel very welcomed and safe in her house. We would choose to stay at her house again without a doubt.

First, the pictures really don’t do this place justice. Second, Flo was beyond amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling to St.Maarten! Till next time Flo! <3

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

A nice space for our family of 4 to relax for the week. Easy to get to the beach. We had a car so we drove everywhere. Even to Grand Case (at night the roads are very dark). The pool was great, beds were comfy, A/C always working. We would stay there again. Thanks.

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SlowLife villa in Saint Martin, and it was an exceptional experience! The surroundings were serene, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our time away from the hustle and bustle. Angie, the property manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find refreshing fruit juice and essential staples waiting for us. This thoughtful gesture made our first day so much easier, as we didn't have to rush to the grocery store right away. Overall, I highly recommend SlowLife for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Saint Martin. The combination of privacy, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service from Angie made our stay unforgettable!

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.
