Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

The place is very modern, cute, beautiful! Very clean. We had everything we needed. The area itself is very nice, walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island. The big supermarket is close by. The host was always responsive and friendly. We are happy with our stay. Merci!

We had an excellent week at Villa Cote Mer! I honestly can’t say enough good things. It is better than described. Pictures don’t even do it justice. It is very private and quiet, with a gorgeous view. There are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes. Melissa and Nina have provided a helpful guide to area restaurants, shops, and other attractions that make it so easy. The place was spotless, and the pool was pristine. It was very nice having midweek cleaning with fresh towels and linens. The garden area is gorgeous with many beautiful trees, flowers, and native foliage. The house sits down some from the road making it even more private. We have stayed in many Air BnBs in several international locations, and this one is one of the best! Melissa and Nina have been incredibly responsive and communicative making this a seamless, easy vacation. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Martin!

This was our first time to St. Martin and Stephanie’s place was perfect. Anne Marcel is a beautiful area. We walked into the little town every day. We ate every meal on the deck - the comfortable furniture was appreciated. The Anse Marcel beach is relaxing and great for swimming.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

We come every here to the island and we really love this location. The house is stunning, you can tell that everything in there was placed for a reason and with great taste. You'll have everything you need. Floriane was very nice and responded to all the questions we had.
