The Beach House

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Charming studio with ocean view

Francoise is a very kind and thoughtful host. She and her husband made us really feel really at home in the studio with its outside kitchen. The use of the kajak is a fantastic plus. Because of a lot of sargassum in the bay they moved it for us to a better place, so we could still canoe to the Island of Pinel. Thank you Francoise and Yves for a wonderful time. We would absolutely recommend the place.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

The pictures don't do justice for this place with breathtaking views day and night. Garden and the pool were well kept and Marc was very responsive. The place is located in a gated community and it was 8 minutes drive from grand case and 4 minutes away from Oriental beach. The private parking was also a plus. Thank you Marc for hosting us. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful accommodation, very nice, close to everything in St Martin. Quiet environment, you do not hear the noise. The host is very kind, we can communicate with him easily, is there if we need help, recommend activities. Well equipped apartment. Large and safe parking.
