It was the best place ive ever been !

Our stay at Migdala’s place in St. Martin was wonderful! The home was exactly as described spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Migdala was extremely responsive and helpful, especially when there was a hiccup with my travel plans. Check on was super simple and re-entry was a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The apartment is only 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the car rental and gas station. The location was both beautiful and peaceful. While it’s close to many attractions and amenities, it’s also a bit secluded something to keep in mind if you don’t have a car, as it can be a bit of a walk to local businesses. That said, the grounds were gorgeous, and the pool was a definite highlight clean, relaxing, and very well kept. There was some work being done on the grounds, but aside from the visual presence of scaffolding, it had no impact on our stay we weren’t disturbed at all. She also provided helpful suggest

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Saint Martin was excellent and the area we stayed was perfect, being a little away from the busy touristy spots but close enough for us to easily get to. We loved Mullet beach which was a short half mile walk and there were many great restaurants and bars close by so we didn't even bother renting a car and just used buses and taxis to go further. The Condo was spacious, clean, and had great views. Anna, our host was fantastic and quickly responded to our handful of questions we highly recommend this stay to other travelers and we look forward to returning next year!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

I really enjoyed staying here with my son. Staff was very friendly, the cats were very friendly (especially Mango) and it was a quiet environment, which I loved. Not a lot of traffic coming in and out of the hotel. I definitely will be returning!

Our Stay was great. we had beautiful vistas from the balcony of the ocean with palm trees framing the passing sailboats. The property was very well maintained and the property staff attentive and friendly. Our host had good communication before and during our trip as needed. I will stay there again next time I'm in St. Maarten.

We loved our vacation at Farrah’s villa. The accommodations were spacious, spotless and the outdoor space and pool were wonderful! We loved Rancho Del Sol for dinner, Oasis had great pizza and Bread and Butter was great for coffee and pastries! We would definitely return!

My husband and I had a fantastic week celebrating my birthday at Joes place. The huge condo was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and immaculate. The large balcony overlooking the lushess garden, turquoise water and white sand was amazing. The restaurants, stores, beaches and supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff Vanessa and Madoo were extremely accommodating with booking tours, taking photos and making reservations. The Santino catarmaran cruise, and Rose island tour was great. Joe and staff were extremely accommodating making our stay a wonderful experience

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Great stay. Loved the private pool and backyard setting. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Lots of things in the kitchen if you’re into cooking and prepping. We would definitely return again.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

We had an amazing stay! The home is very beautiful and had more than enough space for the 9 of us. Luc and Danielle were amazing and very quickly responsive to all texts. We also appreciated Luc’s step by step directions and restaurant recommendations. You will need a rental car.

This house was the perfect size to share with the grandparents. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and quiet. This was our second time renting a home with Magali and would 100% rent with them again.

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by host, Alexandra. We felt ‘at home’. We were a family of 9… 3 generations, ages 21-80years, and we all had an amazing time!!!! The location of the villa was perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife! The villa itself was immaculate- super clean with fabulous decor! Views from the patio in the mornings and evenings were spectacular. As with any resort/hotel/AirBnb vacation, minor trivial things may come up, but Alexandra was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues or questions were addressed right away!! She was also extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions to share while visiting St Martin. Our only regret while in St Martin was that we did not spend an entire day just relaxing at the villa!! The island itself and surrounding islands had so much to do and see, but next time we will certainly plan a day to spend at this ‘home’! Overall, we enjoyed a phenomenal stay and we will definitely be returning!! Wonderful memories💕

This is a very nice and spacious home with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous with great amenities too. The only issue we had was locating the property when we arrived. Use “ The Cliff” for the address in WAZE , Google maps, etc. Not the Rhine Road address. You’ll never find it. lol. Great location but I recommend renting a car for convenience to the beach, bars , restaurants, grocery stores, etc just a short drive away. Great vacation! If available, we’d rent this home again when visiting SXM.
