The lodge was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our extended stay. Wifi was also very good and reliable. There are lots of lovely local walks and cafes nearby. Martin is a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to reply to any queries we had before and during our visit. 5 stars. We would certainly return again.

Me, my partner and our dog had the best stay at the coach house, it’s exactly like described and completely spotless ! The bed is unbelievably comfortable and the whole design just made us feel so at home. The area is great for long walks and a peaceful getaway, our dog is a reactive rescue so it was perfect for him, the peace and quiet was exactly what we all needed, could not recommend more! Charlie and Sammy are also super friendly and great hosts !

Its location made it incredibly convenient to discover the charm and beauty of Reepham and beyond, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. With our daughter on her 1st school residential and being child free all weekend for the 1st time in 11 years we decided to go away ourselves - this place couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was Clean,tidy and well looked after, there was a lovely little basket of goodies and bottle of fizz to enjoy when we arrived. The fox pub just round the corner was amazing - great food,very friendly staff, live music on the Friday night was brilliant and danced the night away. The surroundings are lovely and very peaceful with only the birds singing in the mornings. The bed was so comfortable it was like being on a cloud! With holt and the north Norfolk rail line only 30/40 mins away it was perfect for a Steam train ride up to sheringham for the day and then grab fish and chips on the way back enjoyed with our bottle of fizz! There is nothing to fault, this place was a perfect little hidden gem and Janet was brilliant with communication. The perfect little getaway!
