Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Wow. One of the best air bnbs that we have ever stayed in. The place is even better than the photos. The outside space is private with an amazing view of the lake. Laglio was a perfect place for us, quiet and authentic. We took the bus and ferries to get around as we were without a car. As long as you are organised and ready for a busy bus it’s completely doable without a car. Nico’s food recommendations were all excellent. Our favourite place was the family butchers / cafe close to the apartment. We went there nearly every day for drinks, steak, meats and cheese. We also cooked some basic meals at the apartment which we recommend as it’s a lovely space. Nico and Wendy were amazing hosts, so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this place and we are already looking at their other properties for another holiday! Book now ☺️

The accommodation is even prettier than in the photos! Quiet, very clean and good location. Carmen was very kind and gave good advice.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Lovely place and stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Luisa's place was the perfect stay for my first solo trip to Lake Como. Caterina who helped me check in, picked me up from the bus stop even when it arrived late from Como and made sure I was okay during my stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious, I would say it looks better in person than the photos! It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Luisa also had some breakfast items available for me when I arrived. There were English books and extra towels, little details that made my stay so special! The house is located on a hill, so it overlooks the lake and you can see Isola Comacina from the balcony, there is a secret beach about a 15-20 min walk down with a local bar and supermarket. Lots of adorable neighbourhood cats around who are very friendly. And there are two ferry ports within walkable distance, Sala Comacina and Lenno. I found at the end of my trip, I found lots of local secret spots and areas I would not know if I stayed in a busier area!

Lovely apartment by the lake. We got up everyday with beautiful view of lake como by the window. Very calmed, not far from Villa del balbianello 6 minutes by car.

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

A wonderful place to enjoy a few days of tranquility. When the weather is nice, you can use the terrace right in front of the house - the sun is on it all day and a tree provides shade if needed. It is about a 10-minute walk to the lake. If you want to work there: as a precaution, have sufficient data volume with you, as the Wi-Fi runs via an antenna (there is no other option on the lake) and accordingly can also be susceptible to weather. We felt very comfortable and the communication with Stanis worked super well. We would always come back 😃 to the car and parking has already been written enough in the other reviews. ... and when you wake up you can look out of the window at the lake from the bed

You can hear the water when falling asleep, the town feels „real“ not too many tourists and the balcony is a highlight. We loved staying in this place/area.

Bright, beautiful, clean, updated apartment with a great view of Lake Como. Very convenient to a grocery, bakery, gelateria and restaurant. A Friday morning pop-up fruit stand was wonderful! Maddalena was very friendly and considerate and she responded to my questions/needs immediately. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely book again if/when I visit Lake Como in the future. Simply perfect! The accommodation was super clean, tastefully furnished and very cozy. The bed with topper was incredibly comfortable - I have rarely slept so well. Everything is at ground level, barrier-free and therefore also ideally suited for people with disabilities. Particularly practical: the private, protected parking space right in front of the door Host was extremely friendly and helpful The great guide folder with many personal tips, some of which I did not know despite five years of vacation on Lake Como, should be emphasized. The location is quiet, but easily accessible and easy to find. All around a great accommodation with attention to detail – I will definitely come back!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! We spent 6 wonderful days in Mathilde and Camillo's apartment. Mathilde welcomed us very kindly, gave good tips and was always approachable. We would book the apartment again just because of the great view of the lake and the mountains, but it was also cozy, well equipped, quietly located, very clean and within walking distance of the lake. Parking was no problem at all, the public, free parking was 2 minutes away. Finally, a little tip: At the end of the alley is the "Passer", a nice little bistro for breakfast or for a good glass of wine.

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

5 stars The location of this property is unbeatable — right in the heart of Bellagio’s main city center, close to everything. I want to thank Gioele and the staff for their prompt and very attentive help, especially with our luggage. I had some issues with my knees, and they came through without hesitation, helping my wife and me with all four suitcases. We were truly satisfied with the stay. If you’re planning to enjoy Bellagio and want a great location with thoughtful hosts, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

Having never been to Como i had no idea what to expect, but Argegno was frankly the ideal spot to land for a newbie. Busy but not hectic, serene but never quiet, the bnb location was perfect for exploring the rest of Como. The place itself was lovely—clean and modern with views over the piazza and lake just past it. Would highly recommend for new visitors to Como.

The location was fantastic with great views of Lake Como. Gianmario was friendly and attentive and accommodating. This is the place we would recommend to those who want to experience Italian nature and idyll. We will be happy to come back when we come to Italy. Eli and Jonas, Elisabeth and John
