Wow! What a beautiful location! Claudio was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. We will definitely be back. Personally I would recommend having a little car to get around as I imagine it would be a hard walk back up from the town once you’re full of pasta! Thank you so much Claudio.

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Beautiful place! It really Felt like a home. Marisa made this place with great taste and a personal touch. The hospitality was great and Kind. We had an amazing time here and will definitely recommend it to anyone that comes here.

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

We had a great stay at Ana’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and walking distance from everything we needed in Lugano. Ana was also a brilliant host and very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

The location was magnificent and comprehensively equipped. Peter gave local recommendations, for example, for restaurants. The property is located a short drive from the center of Como. Our party liked the accommodation.

What an exceptional view from the balcony!! Very clean, functional and pleasant accommodation. Good hosting by Silvana, who is a very friendly host. We enjoyed the beaches of Lezzeno and San Giovanni. Travel by car or bus, difficult on foot because a lot of traffic on narrow roads.

We spent a week in Fabrizio’s beautiful place. My kids and I felt right at home and loved the sound of the water from the creek next to the house. The nearby natural pool was a wonderful place to go after a day’s adventure. Everything was clean and worked. It was easy to travel to by public transportation. Overall wonderful.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Doris informed us in a timely and complete manner and welcomed us in the friendliest way. The studio is at the bottom of a hillside house with a private entrance and a very large, very well-kept garden, with wonderful views of the lake and several opportunities to linger. The car can be parked 5 meters in front of the door, which is a rarity in Ticino, but extremely practical. The studio is small as described, but very modern, extremely well and fully furnished and very clean. The windows are triple glazed, which further supports the tranquility in the quiet area. Walking paths from the house are available, although occasionally a bit steep, the excursion possibilities to the lake or in the Ticino valleys are almost unlimited and easily accessible. Stores like Lidl, Migros, etc. are within walking distance, it's just downhill or uphill. All in all, a top studio with a very lovely hostess. Thank you, Doris.

Comfortable and clean place with a spectacular view of Lake Como. We had our own parking space which is a must around the lake. We took the bus up to Bellagio one day. Nice seafood restaurant next door. We ate there 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Amazing apartment with the best view lugano has to offer! Raffaela was soo nice and even offered some snacks and a welcome drink :) the bus station is close but also has some parking space for a small fee in front of the apartment. definitely recommend staying there!

This property isn’t the perfect location in Como as it is easily accessible from the train station and a quick walk to the lake and many Piazza‘s with restaurants and shops. It’s a little hard to see from the photos, but you walk up to essentially the third floor and enter the main living space, then within the apartment you walk downstairs to all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The renovation made great use of the space, but there are some quirks. In addition, we could not find an AC unit in the third bedroom. Overall the apartment is lovely and well appointed and the location is spectacular!

We had a great stay, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear, but the GPS didn't work, the road was very narrow and paved, and it was really not easy to drive on the slope. Beautiful apartment with lake view, pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be calculated and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Thank you.

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

The stay with Nadine and Raymond was very nice. The Airbnb has all the necessary things, is super located and Nadine and Raymond always responded quickly to small questions. We will be happy to come back!
