Cosy cottage with a view, close to historic Leiden

Cottage (19th c.) with sunny front- and backyard in quiet neighborhood, at walking distance from historic center. Livingroom in bright colours with canal view. Small but well equipped kitchen, compact bathroom (toilet & walk-in shower) on ground floor. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed - 2nd room with sofabed. In-between: wash-basin- warm & cold water. Ideal for couple, one older child possible, or three adults. Staircase in this type of houses not suitable for very young children/if you have difficulties ascending quite steep stairs. Please consider this before you ask for reservation.

Located next to the river the Oude Rijn, this house overlooks the river and a number of traditional little Dutch houses across from it. In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Nice house with big garden near the city center

*Want to stay longer? Ask me!* A warm welcome to our cosy house in Leiden! It’s located near the city center in een friendly and calm neighbourhood. The city center and it’s terraces and bars are with-in 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Public transport is very, very close. Trainstaion Leiden Lammenschans and the busstation is a 3-minute walk. Just want to relax or work? No problem. The house has all you need: a good place to work and chill. You’ll get company by our two sweet cats.

Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

The 3 bedrooms are large, have double beds (200x180; 200x140 en 200x140). 2 single 1p-beds and bedding are availbable The two bathrooms are equiped with separate showers and one tube. Each store has a separated toilet. On the second floor, there is a sauna. Supermakets and public transport are in walking distance.
