House holiday rentals in Leesburg

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

The Airbnb advertisement for the house does not adequately convey how nice this place actually is! Most of the items in the house: furniture, appliances, cookware, grill, bedding, towels, etc. are of high quality and excellent condition. The interior of the house is open, spacious and beautiful. It has high ceilings in most rooms, and a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and foyer. Barbara and Mike gave our girls a tour of the sheep farm and let them meet their dog. They were also responsive quick to take action whenever we had issues (like tripping a circuit breaker and running out of propane). For an additional charge of $75, they warmed up the pool for me twice because I am not a fan of water temps in the low 80s. The location is beautiful and secluded, but you can get to Shenandoah hiking trails in 20-30 minutes or Walmart/Safeway in 15 minutes. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at Peacefield again.

The pictures do not do it justice! We booked this stay for 7 adults to spend a birthday weekend together. The four main bedrooms on the first floor were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of counter space (and was very well stocked with anything you could need) We appreciated the charm of the historic dining room and living area and felt like this property balanced the historic/rustic charm with the modern essentials like AC, good internet, modern appliances, a well maintained hot tub, etc very well. Hikers, you can get right onto the lower town trail from this airbnb. Don’t bother driving and paying the parking fee if you’re willing to tack on two relatively flat miles on the front and back end of your hike. Highly recommend checking out Harper’s ferry brewing! Beware: not to state the obvious but there are very limited Ubers in town so plan accordingly!

This was such a wonderful home! As other reviewers said, lots of room for a big group to spread out. We had 8 guests. (6 adults and two kids) We explored Harpers Ferry and enjoyed hiking the Maryland Heights Trail. We felt absolutely comfortable hanging at this serene house for our mornings and evenings. Cooked most of our meals, played billiards, sang karaoke, and enjoyed the plunge pool. We had an epic round of hide and go seek. Great interior design and lots of space to spread out for quiet time, and many perfect reading nooks. Thanks Leigh, for being so responsive and friendly!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

My husband, brother, and two of our friends spent the weekend at Brad’s house and we had a lovely time. It was extremely conducive to relaxing. We cooked our meals there. The kitchen was very clean and we had found everything we needed for our meals. We were able to use lies the front porch. The pool was closed, but it looked very nice. Brad is an amazing host. He will answer your questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at Brad’s place to anyone.

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. Great stay less than a mile outside of Leesburg. Super easy walk into town for dinner and easy to get out to the wineries. Beautiful, cute home with super comfy beds.

Tahsin & Konrad have a very nice apartment in their house. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. They were very fast to respond to any queries. The house is close to the train station, which makes it easy to get into DC for sightseeing. The garden is fabulous, and the dogs are friendly. I recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! It is in the perfect location - very walkable to shopping, bars, restaurants, and a walking/biking trail. Everything was very clean and it is so well decorated. We felt right at home there. I can confidently say I would book this house again.

My time at this Airbnb was great! Lan was an amazing host and made me feel right at home. The place was amazing and so cute!! Honestly, better than the pictures. She was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I had every I needed, plus more. The place is so local to some great places, and restaurants. What a wonderfully perfect, charming home right in the heart of downtown Leesburg! We were in town for our niece's graduation and needed a place to stay along with my parents. Having a love for historic homes, we knew this would be the perfect place for us...and we were right! Fantastic location, an incredibly clean and bright space with endless character, well appointed, cozy and beautifully decorated--staying in this home will be a highlight of your trip. Annie is responsive and friendly and has created an incredible space. We would not hesitate to book this lovely house again anytime we are in town.

Our countryside escape was just what we needed. The home was peaceful and full of charm — exactly as described. I’m going to sound like an ad here but I can’t help it; this AirBNB is *that* good. The location is great - very close to IAD and main highways, but you wouldn’t know it because the place feels so secluded and picturesque nestled in a neighborhood full of charming homes and big yards and lush trees. Very thorough instructions from the host beforehand with easy keyless entry. The first thing we noticed about the house when we walked in was its charming craftsman finishes, attractive and spacious layout and BEAUTIFUL kitchen (complete with high-end appliances). Out the living-room windows a big pretty fenced lawn, out the kitchen windows a nest of baby birds in a darling birdhouse! We got in late at night and woke the next morning feeling very well-rested. Such comfy mattresses, pillows and soft down quilts! We came to visit family in Sterling but they ended up visiting us at our Airbnb more often than not because it was such a great place to be. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay! The house is even more beautiful than the photos, and the property is beautiful. Our kids loved playing in the creek and hiking at Bear’s Den, and we loved the local breweries. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and cozy is all I have to really say. I stayed here for my birthday weekend and enjoyed it. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We took nice walks along the property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The view from under the bridge next to the home was also amazing.

Very cool old house in a peaceful area. House was well equipped with anything you would need as well as well stocked for the pellet fire. Brenda was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions.

The home was extremely comfortable & peaceful since it is out in the country. The house offers spacious common areas for interacting & dining. Beds & linens were quality & comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped which was helpful since restaurants were in town.

Laura exemplifies one of the finest Airbnb hosts I have encountered. Her property was impeccably maintained—clean, inviting and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality cookware, and the utensils, plates and pots were pristine, reflecting her attention to detail. Throughout the house, clear signage and detailed instructions provided convenience and ease. You can easily connect to the internet if needed, but the farm is so beautiful that it’s also perfect for relaxing and unplugging. Laura was exceptionally accommodating, graciously allowing our young child to feed the cows—an unexpected delight, as the cows were notably friendly and sociable. It is evident that Laura invests considerable effort to ensure her guests’ comfort and experience are nothing short of exceptional. I would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend her property for weddings and other events—any occasion that calls for a high-quality, memorable experience.

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. I use this app for work and I am in staying somewhere every week and this was a super nice place.

My daughter was getting married and she and her sister stayed for the final few nights before the wedding. Beautiful, peaceful non-stressful area to relax and be ready for the big day. I highly recommend the place! It is a peaceful, beautiful spot looking out to the mountains!
