We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything matched the description perfectly, from the layout to the amenities. The neighborhood was so peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The pool area was absolutely beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging during the day or unwinding in the evening. We loved how close we were to so many great restaurants too. Every night we tried something new and delicious just a short drive away. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. Even the little touches—like a thoughtfully stocked kitchen—made a big difference. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place is great, like in the pictures, and clean. I asked Joanna where to get groceries and she responded fast to ll my questions. Access was easy, the house is decorated tastefully and we felt right at home. We had a great time as a family. There are restaurants just 5 minutes drive away with outfoor dining next to the marina. Thank you for the fantastic time. We will be back.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. The location is great! We loved swimming at night with the cool pool lights and enjoyed the option to have the pool heated. The house was neat, clean and had everything to accommodate my family for a week!

Melissa’s home was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice location and quiet. Was allowed early check-in without asking. Melissa was very responsive and sweet to check on us during our stay. We will definitely choose to stay at Melissa’s lovely home again. No complaints!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The house was amazing! I took 3 teenage girls on vacation here.. They did not even want to leave the house They tanned on the deck for hours..dipped in the pool! The communication with the owners was amazing!! The girls said they want to go back because it felt like home!!!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

Villa Sunshine met our expectations! It was comfortable, extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a very relaxing stay.

I’ve already told several of my family members about this place! If I ever find myself in Cape Coral again; I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

This place is perfect, our family absolutely loved everything about it. The host provides a guide for local recommendations, everything needed in the house, beach & pool gear, & checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. The AC unit unexpectedly stopped working but she knew it before we did. The issue was checked out & resolved immediately, we weren’t affected by it all. This was a perfect place for our relaxing getaway & we hope to return for future vacays.

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful house! We stayed for 4 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The pictures do not do justice for how massive and elegant the house is. The pool is perfect. Everything was 10/10! The house was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Jimmy was also very friendly and quick to answer! :)

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Connie & Dale’s. We absolutely love it. The home is gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patio area and pool/ jacuzzi is amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely be back !

We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool area and the stunning canal water views—such a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area is safe and nice for morning and evening runs or walks as well. Merrill was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish including voluntarily offering a late checkout to accomodate our flight schedule! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this lovely island retreat to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and relaxing getaway! Ariani’s is the little Italian restaurant recommended in the hosts guidebook. Make sure to plan on dining there during your stay! Great choice!

The house was absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful place to stay! We really enjoyed sitting at the dock and relaxing outside with the cooler summer breeze from the water. Brice and Daniel were great at communication and super nice! We would love to stay here again and recommend others to enjoy their stay here.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

This home was exactly as listed and then some. They included extras to make it feel homey and enjoyable, like floats for the pool and plenty of outdoor space furniture. the back yard was peacful and did nit feel like in a neighbirhood with all the landscaping - very private. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. Highly recommend this stay!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We loved having access to 2 kayaks to enjoy the canals. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the house was amazing. The only things that were slightly annoying was having a member from the rental stop by bright and early on our first and last day to go over the status of the rental. When traveling it's a bit annoying to be woken up super early on your first day. I would also suggest changing the timer on the sprinklers. They would go off about 930 at night when we were trying to enjoy the hot tub. While they wouldn't always hit us, the water had a very strong smell of rotten eggs which made us not want to stay outside anymore. Thankfully they didn't come on every night.

The house was incredible! It was perfect for our Girls trip. The pool was spotless, and the house exceeded our expectations ! It felt luxurious, but also relaxing and comfortable. We were able to cook great meals, grill outside, and sleep soundly. This place had everything we needed. We had one equipment issue, but Kenia was on top of it and sent a maintenance person and it was resolved within an hour ! We highly recommend this home for a beautiful, comfortable, fun place to stay.
