Our stay here was awesome! The house was perfect; very clean and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub really added to our stay! We were also able to walk to the beach. Jennifer was very nice and very quick to respond! I definitely recommend staying here and will do so in the future!

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

We spent a great two months in this newly renovated home. It has everything you need from kitchen utensils, towels, bedding, comfortable furniture, washer/dryer, and large screen smart tv. It is very close to the beaches of Ft. Myers and Sanibel. Perfect for a relaxing SW Florida vacation!

The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Alina’s house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, close to everything, easy to get to. Alina was a perfect host—responsive and flexible.

This place was a hidden gem! We lucked into it being available last-minute for a three-night stay and couldn’t have been any happier with it. The place was clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had new appliances, and enough cooking equipment to easily make multiple meals a day. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a really nice shower. The lot is remarkably quiet and private given its proximity to several main highways. Plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and more nearby. There’s even a park a just a few-minute walk from the property.

This was a great place and highly recommend it. It's very peaceful. It's very close to things to do. 👍🏼

Such a beautiful place to stay at. So clean! Fort Myers beach is our favorite place to visit in Florida, so we will be back!! We loved that all the beach items were there and in great condition. I have stayed at a hand full of Airbnb’s throughout the year, and I have to say this was the best stock up one. So many bath towel ( all so clean you could smell the fabric softener on them), paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and cooking essentials. Thank you for being outstanding host Deborah and Patrick. We will be back!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

My family spent Christmas at Kari's this year, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Her home was beautiful and clean, and it was decorated for the holidays, which was an amazing addition. It was perfect for my family of 6 people and 4 dogs. There is a beautiful fenced-in yard, which provided a great backdrop for my engagement! Would love to stay here again!

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.
