I highly recommend this Air BnB. Laura was very efficient and responsive to all of my needs, yet was never intrusive. It was a cute place which checked all of my boxes. There was a five day minimum which didn’t match my revised plans. I was only able to stay four nights. But I liked the place so much, that paying for one extra night was a very small price to pay. As I arrived, I didn’t quite know what I had gotten myself into. The place is about 1/2 block away from the back of a strip mall which is on a major highway. The BnB is situated in a blue collar area and is almost sandwiched by two trailer parks. But somehow, again all odds, it is a wonderful, very peaceful, and serene setting which takes on a rural Florida vibe. It sits well off the road and has a lot of acreage. I did have a problem finding the place. The people in GPS land are not very helpful. So use the GPS to get close. Once you get to the correct road, ignore the GPS and look for the address on her white mailbox.

Karen and Don were such great hosts! We cannot wait to stay again and for longer the next time we visit family in Naples. We booked last minute and got so lucky to find this gem. The property is beautiful. You’re surrounded by nature while being close to in town amenities. It was very easy to find and check in/ out. My favorite part was the tour of the property and conversations with Karen and Don. They have kayaks and bikes for you to use. The beds were so comfortable and we got some great rest there. Can’t wait to stay again!

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

Absolutely wonderful time here! We spent some time with Cliff looking at homes in the area to purchase while we were in town. He was very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about it. Both Cliff and Bob were welcoming and warm. The experience was better than we expected and will absolutely stay with them in the future. The home was as described, clean, well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable to sleep in. We loved the hot tub, the view of the canal, and evenings chatting with Bob and the other guests.

Wonderful time!! Cliff and Bob went out of their way to make me feel right at home. I would stay again in a hot minute.

Charly's place was great! Stayed 5 days and felt really comfortable and safe. The amenities were perfect for the short trip. Within a short drive to local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants! The Lazy Flamingo and The Perfect Cup are great places to visit.

Ryan's place is great, the neighborhood is quite and location is very good, close to main road and many places as stores, restaurants, etc., I recommend it 💯

It was a last min trip from Miami to Cape Coral for a weekend work trip and it was amazing peace full clean love it .......

Ximena and Rogerio were wonderful hosts! They helped us with everything we needed. Their place was very cute and clean and they were super responsive!

We had a great stay. The enclosed pool deck was very nice to enjoy the late afternoon.

this place was great for myself as a solo traveler. it would have been fine for 2 people as well. quiet, safe place. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Tia’s place was exactly like the photos. Easy to find, very clean and fresh flowers waiting on the table when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Close to downtown, restaurants and the Edison - Ford winter home which was the reason for our visit. We enjoyed takeout from nearby seafood restaurants and exploring the area. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this comfortable home away from home.

Great stay again with Vern. Great retreat for my wife and I and Vern’s hospitality is always welcome. Already looking forward to our next stay! Fun things we did during our stay include hiking through the six mile slough (it’s actually only 1.5 miles), Boston Red Sox spring training game, Toured Echo Global farms, and several trips to The Boathouse bar/restaurant…one of the coolest bars I’ve ever been to! Also enjoyed a boat trip with Vern, including being pulled on a tube.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, easy access. I will stay here again.

The Apartment was just perfect!!! Everything was exactly as described and in very good condition. I was traveling with my son and the accommodation suited all of our needs. Clean, comfortable, close to all our destinations. We knew that there is no oven or a stove in the kitchen. But it was even more fun to cook and grill outside on the gas grill. Thanks you for the beautiful memories we made during our stay.

Valerie and Wayne guided us in from a few miles out.The bridge to Pine Island was closed one way and once clear no problem.Valerie had business to attend to away but was very accomadating at check-in and upon leaving.Wayne was surperb throughout.The property covers 5 acres.We covered Pine Island thoroughly and also the islands nearby,Cape Coral,and a Visit to Naples with relatives.We purchased some provisions at the .Publics Grocery a short distance from the 4 way stop on rt 78 going in.Had a good Pizza at that stop .We didn’t get to too many restaurants at Bokeelia.We did have an enjoyable dinner at the Flamingo.Valerie’s Place is very up scale and Mary And I appreciate the efforts it takes to keep it that way..We really enjoyed our visit.Thanks

Communication and location was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, stores, etc. Ideal for a single person or couple. It had a nice well-stocked kitchen.

I’ve stayed here before hurricane Ian and was so sad to know that it was hit so hard. I was happy to have an opportunity to come back, see the progress of the house and the beach itself. It’s great. The remodel is beautiful. Chris and Jake did a great job. It’s spotless, comfy and cozy. The beach improvements are awesome as there is so much more beach. The bars and restaurants were hopping and the good ole vibe is back. This is a great location being 3 blocks from the beach and 1 block to restaurants. I plan to be a regular visitor as the space and hosts are really great. Glad they’re back!
