Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Möbel sind neu und es wirkt schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist absolut einwandfrei und groß im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern. Alles in allem wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

The house was beautiful! Very peaceful and comfy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Melissa’s home was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice location and quiet. Was allowed early check-in without asking. Melissa was very responsive and sweet to check on us during our stay. We will definitely choose to stay at Melissa’s lovely home again. No complaints!

Beautiful home and peaceful area. Everything was very clean and just as described. Patio with pool overlooking canal was nice and pool felt great. We didn't need to contact Samantha for anything, everything was perfect!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

The location is great! We loved swimming at night with the cool pool lights and enjoyed the option to have the pool heated. The house was neat, clean and had everything to accommodate my family for a week!

My family loved this home. My daughter didn't want to get out of the pool. Host was very responsive answering questions. The home was very clean and fresh looking. Great showers and comfy beds. It had everything we needed for our stay.

This home is beyond beautiful with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, we stayed for a week at the beginning of May and thoroughly enjoyed our time there, we needed relaxation and that is exactly what we were given, we hated to leave. The hosts Susan, and Alex were very kind, and attentive. If you have a chance to stay at this property, or another of their properties beautiful properties I encourage you to do so you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Susan, & Alex for making our Florida vacation a fantastic one!!

This home was exactly as listed and then some. They included extras to make it feel homey and enjoyable, like floats for the pool and plenty of outdoor space furniture. the back yard was peacful and did nit feel like in a neighbirhood with all the landscaping - very private. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. Highly recommend this stay!

This is a great home to rent! House is perfect on the inside and out. Furnished very nicely and didn’t feel cheap. We spent almost the entire week outside. The pool is awesome, hot tub is great and easy to use. Loved the TV outside too. Caretaker and host were very responsive. Replaced the pool pump within 12 hours of us noticed something was wrong. Literally saved our week!

This house is stunning. We had an amazing time. The open air infinity pool was beautiful. We stayed for six nights. We only went out once to the beach! We were at the beach for about two hours and decided that we would much rather be at the house with the pool and the waterway view. Every morning, we would wake up and have bloody Mary’s or iced coffee by the water. Two of the mornings, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins. The entire trip we spent outside and utilized the grill for our meals. The host was extremely responsive. At one point I had issues figuring out how to turn on the pool heater. The host came right by and looked at everything for us. In reality, I just wasn’t reading the instructions properly lol. I would absolutely want to come back here. The only minor issue that I could find was that the upstairs showerhead pretty low water pressure. However, I don’t feel like this would ever stop me from coming back here. This was one of my favorite trips.

This place was beautiful. The house was clean and modern and the pool was so nice. We had a great time. I can only recommend!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

Patti was so amazing! I lost my airpod and she packaged it so beautifully and carefully and mailed it back to me! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more!!

From the moment we walked in the front door, we knew our holiday was going to be incredible. We had a very late flight and Cara unlocked the door for us on arrival to make entry smooth as silk. Waiting for us was a welcome card and as we walked room to room, we were in awe. The pictures do not do this home justice and not a single detail was overlooked. It is impossible to not feel at home and we are so thankful we made the choice to stay at Cara’s resort. Cara was extremely responsive and proud of the local community. We dined at several of her recommended spots and not disappointed at any of them. The outdoor kitchen made it difficult to leave however, we wanted to experience the local life. Thank you Cara for being an attentive and caring host. We hope this will be a place we visit with our family many times in the future. 🩷

The house was absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful place to stay! We really enjoyed sitting at the dock and relaxing outside with the cooler summer breeze from the water. Brice and Daniel were great at communication and super nice! We would love to stay here again and recommend others to enjoy their stay here.

Paul was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. I spent my mornings and evenings fishing and caught red snapper, catfish, and spadefish. The neighbors were incredibly kind—one even stopped by to help me untangle my reel. My husband absolutely fell in love with Cape Coral and Paul’s beautiful home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern in diesem schönen Haus. Besonders der Pool mit dem praktischen Poolkäfig (gegen Tiere) war unser absolutes Highlight!

If you are looking for a peaceful place with a perfect outdoor setting, this is THE place. Our group was looking for a place where we could spend a majority of our time outdoors as they had several seating areas, a pool and a hot tub and it exceeding our expectations. We LOVED the direction that the backyard/patio area faced as we wanted sun on the pool all day long and that is what we got! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house with private access to the patio which was a perfect setup as we had 2 couples in our group. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use all of the amenities they included, but they definitely paid attention to details for those that might. This in one of the best places our group has ever stayed, and if we come back to this area, we would absolutely rent this home again! Oh yes.. and the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable, even better than mine at home. :)
