What a welcoming welcome in a beautiful location The apartment is top , spacious and clean. The garden is beautiful overlooking lots of greenery and a forest. There are steps down to get from the road to the apartment. That wasn't a problem for us, When our car didn't want to start, Jean Michel immediately helped with help, starter cables and his car battery. That was top notch !

Top accommodation, value for money, hard to do better. I recommend it without hesitation👌.

Our stay with Francois was delightful. The space is perfect for a couple. Quiet neighborhood, about 20 min walk from the city (stores, chapels, etc). If you take the bus, it’s about half that. Francois was very welcoming, and her dog Kali is super friendly and loves people. There are a few good bakeries and restaurants within a short walk. Theres a small supermarket thats about a 5 minute walk, and 2 large supermarkets a short bus ride away. They have a large, private backyard to relax in. If you want some peace and quiet, thats relatively close to the city, then this is your place. For the price, you will not find a better deal in the Rouen area. If we come back to Rouen, we will certainly stay with Francois again!
