Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Lavandou

We spent 4 wonderful days at Adelé's house. Beautiful location, very close to the beach and all services (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance in a few minutes. The apartment has recently been renovated with taste and is equipped with all comforts. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, which is ideal if you have children. Adelé was very kind and answered all our questions from our arrival until the day of check-out, providing us with lots of useful information and suggestions on what to see, the most beautiful beaches in the area and recommending excellent restaurants. We will definitely come back for a longer period next time😀.

We had a great time at Franck's apartment. Maité welcomed us very warmly and was very friendly. The apartment and the neighborhood are very nice. We were a couple with a 2 year old child. Very family-friendly environment.

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

Very clean apartment, true to description. Very good for 4 people. A few steps from the beach and all the amenities of Le Lavandou. Small note: no air conditioning in the room, we used the fan.

We had a great week in the apartment, enjoyed meals and sunbathing on the beautiful terrace and loved the view and the pool. The kitchen had great amenities to cook delicious meals and the check-in and check-out was easy and nice, communication in general was very proactive. The beds are typically french, so be comfortable with the other person when sharing. We had a good time and can recommend this location

We had a great time at Le Lavandou. Our host Ornella is very welcoming and friendly. Communication before our arrival was excellent, which greatly facilitated our installation. The studio was clean and functional, perfectly matching what we were looking for for three nights. In addition, it is ideally located less than a 10-minute walk from the beach, restaurants and the city center. We highly recommend this rental!

Very modern and clean apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Free parking in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance in the village. Alexia gave us very good recommendations for nearby beaches.

Lovely little place in proximity to the very beautiful st claire beach. Thierry and Magalys are super friendly hosts and the made us feel welcome right from the start. The apartment is super cosy and very well planned for two people to stay in. There is private parking for your car and a cute little shop next by where you can find fresh baguettes and croissants for breakfast. We'll definitely be back!

In a word: SU-PER. Great welcome and very good advice; great atmosphere of the apartment with its terrace where you like to sit whatever the time of day; great St Clair beach and great environment, the coast as well as the hinterland. A quick note on the situation: we arrived 2 days after the floods, having been reassured by Laurence and Nicolas (thank you again for the late-night exchanges) and, indeed, the media coverage was disproportionate to the local reality. Only a small sector of a neighborhood was affected (very affected, of course) but most of Le Lavandou is intact and everything works perfectly.

We were very well received, the environment is very quiet, and relaxing. A little extra for the coffee bean machine, it is a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a great time! The house is very pleasant to live in, bright and tastefully decorated, it is very well located: in a peaceful neighborhood, allowing you to spend the day at the old port to the north as well as in the creeks to the south. The sea view terrace (and the BBQ) is absolutely perfect for family evenings. Perfect communication with Michel and/or Raphaël who welcomed us. Check-out is just as smooth and easy as check-in. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

We had a long and pleasant weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two bathrooms, very convenient. I highly recommend it for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on the premises.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance of the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful bathing opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here
