Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Le Lavandou

My wife and I felt really comfortable in Amelie's apartment. Communication with her before, during and after the stay worked super fast and well. The area is extremely quiet and at the same time only a few hundred meters from the center and the sea - so ideal to immerse yourself in a real Cote d 'Azur feeling for a few days. We can recommend this accommodation with a good heart and will certainly come back.

This was a great apartment. Walkable into St Tropez, a fantastic pool area to relax and a perfectly decorated place with everything we needed. Definitely book this place again when we return.

We were delighted to stay at this well-equipped place, enjoyed the friendly welcome and the information provided, the flexibility of the hosts, a sea view with a WoW effect 🤩 really enhanced our romantic meals on the balcony or to relax or to have an aperitif. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Denis’s place. He was communicative and provided us with excellent local recommendations! The spot was perfect for us to relax and the space was perfect. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped: everything to make your stay easier (coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, coffee, canal +, Netflix , 2 paddles available, bluetooth speaker ...) Virginia's welcome and her husband is warm and they are lovely hosts, responsive and discreet. They are also very flexible on check in and check out times. What we preferred is the location with its breathtaking view of Toulon Bay, very beautiful sunsets. But also the swimming pool for private use on a beautiful wooded terrace and with pretty flowers. The harbor is a 5-minute walk with restaurants (we tried and liked the 111) The coastal path a few minutes from the apartment is also very nice.

Our stay at Chantal's went very well. Chantal and her husband are warm and caring hosts. The accommodation, adjoining their house, was perfect for a few days of teleworking. As we walked through the gate, we were greeted by the delicate scent of jasmine flowers in their beautiful garden... a real pleasure! Please note, as stated in the listing, a cleaning fee is applied although cleaning is requested before departure. The Wi-Fi connection is sufficient for everyday use but sometimes a little slow for video calls or computer work. Thank you again for this pleasant welcome!

What a joy this romantic weekend away from everyday life...! A bubble of pure happiness in a Zenitude paradise. Quiet, zen, close to everything on foot, just perfect accommodation ☺️ The pool and garden are sublime, the jacuzzi so great after long walks. Great place with great garden. Lovely hosts that allowed for flexibility outside the main season . You can easily walk to the beach. The garden veranda is amazing with views on the sea. The outside shower is great to remove sand from the beach before entering the house Things to know: You do hear the road in certain wind conditions There are some mosquito's so bringing a net is useful as the windows dont have nets installed. (especially the room with 2 single beds) The house has 2 indoor showers but the small one is not useable as it is too cramped. The toilet is a bit small (children size?) so a bit uncomfortable for taller people. We were a bit upset with the costs for the linnens as they did not include a towel so better to bring your own linnens.

Very pleased with the house, excellent swimming pool, peaceful location and any issues answered quickly. Some additional information about using appliances and where to put rubbish in house information folder would have been useful. Overall a great property that we would recommend

A beautiful place. The accommodation is very good, as in the photos. The pool is large, clean... a joy! Very good mattress. Kitchen with everything you need. A great welcome with all the explanations, rosé and water. Thank you Philippe. Two issues: - the loud noise of the road just below. - WiFi... it's best to assume that there is none. But don't panic, 4 or 5G works very well. Despite this, we loved this holiday destination as a couple

Beautiful apartment for 2 people, completely renovated and both aesthetic and functional. The top, the small balcony sunny in the morning and the proximity to the port. David is very welcoming. We will be happy to come back for our next stay in the area.

We had a great time at Stephane's, the apartment is sublime, located , in a green setting, with high-end services. Super quiet ideal for a good rest after a day of getaway. Ideally located, you are a short drive from downtown Saint Raphael . We stayed a little week and took the coastal road to get to Nice and Monaco , what a pleasure , breathtaking landscapes, there is no to say the Var is the most beautiful department in France 😍😍 We warmly thank Stéphane for the quality of our exchanges and the kindness accorded to our two four-legged companions who accompany us during our holiday. We'll be happy to come back to Stéphane's place to enjoy the beautiful pool 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with a stunning view right in front of the harbor, surrounded by sailboats and charming restaurants. The place has a mystical and magical atmosphere that makes it truly special. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to read, meditate, and simply enjoy the peaceful view. It’s perfect for finding calm, inspiration, and a deep sense of connection with the surroundings. Regine was great super attentive, always willing to help, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Their support made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. The accessibility to town and the beaches was fantastic and the view from the balcony, magical. We enjoyed the ability to have some drinks and enjoy meals with such a spectacular view that you do not get from the heart of town. Anne was a great host and we very much appreciated her accommodating an early check in, we had a vehicle and arrived on a very busy Friday for the city that resulted in little to no parking anywhere nearby, if not for Anne helping us gain access to the private parking for the property, we would have likely been driving around for hours. Would definitely stay again next time in Cassis!

Impeccable accommodation, very well furnished with a magnificent view. About 15 minutes' walk from the port. Very responsive host, who allowed us to access the accommodation a little earlier than scheduled. I recommend it!
