The listing is as described. We enjoyed its location close to the beach, the port (to get to Tatihou) and the city center and restaurants. There is also a pizza vending machine a 5-minute walk away. We stayed with our grandson (7 years old) who was able to enjoy the very well maintained garden and the barbecue. We were lucky, we had a nice weekend. Thanks to Yann for his kind attention, a bottle of cider to welcome us. We would recommend this listing.

very nice stay at Viviana's. The accommodation is 5' from the center, well arranged and comfortable. Nice decoration , small kitchen but nice and nothing is missing ... except the microwave for lack of space. Good bedding. Anyway, we enjoyed it.
