Apartment very well located on a high floor in a quiet and clean co-ownership. It is well arranged and well equipped, we did not miss anything. It has large bay windows that give light and a very nice view, very appreciable. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. You can unload luggage just below the residence. Renaud and Cécile provide a complete welcome booklet, access to the residence is clear and easy. In short... a gem!

Matthieu is very nice and his accommodation is small but cozy, perhaps the wifi is missing. i recommend it.

The accommodation is ideal for a trip to the mountains, great location and perfectly equipped to fully enjoy on site. The shopping mall just below the apartment is very convenient, and free shuttles serve the station to the center of Villard de Lans. I came with my 7-year-old daughter, and we made the entire trip from Lyon by train, car and shuttle – it's quite achievable with good organization. Once there, there are many activities: zip line, downhill skiing at the foot of the building, and by taking a shuttle, we discovered the sledding slopes and the leisure complex (swimming pool, ice rink) in just 20 minutes. With two shuttles, access to the Nordic ski area is also possible. Benjamin was an exceptional host, always available by text, very responsive and accommodating. He also shared ideas for activities that enriched our stay. We would definitely stay again! Thanks again!
