It’s hard to know where to start so I’ll go inside out. All of the bedrooms were spectacular especially the master. The bathrooms are clean and up-to-date, luxurious! The kitchen was spacious and modern. I even took pictures for some inspiration for my own house. TVs in almost every room was very convenient and the living room was fantastic. Now moving to the outside, the pool was spectacular. The hot tub was great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Not to mention the fact that the land landscaping was beautiful as well. Sitting on the back porch, enjoying a morning cup of coffee was a great start to the day. The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet, and very family friendly. The Host was exceptional. I hadn’t mentioned that I drive an EV and one of the reasons I picked this location is because it has a charger. When I got there, I messaged the host and he was very responsive and came out the next day to hook it up. 5 stars!!! We would definitely rebook when visiting again!

We loved our stay and enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Tai was always helpful and responsive. Much nicer home than what you pay for. Best deal out there for sure and plenty of space for our two families.

This home is beautiful and homey. There is ample parking space and the front of the house is well maintained. The inside itself is beautiful and as described. We loved our stay with 4 kids and 6 adults. There was enough space for us and we felt very at home. The house was cleaned to a great standard and there was enough toiletries for us.

Great place for a big group!! My family & I flew in to ATL from Texas for my best friends wedding. We had to stay for a few days for different events prior to wedding and Thi & Linda’s place worked out perfectly for our family of 8 including a 5-month baby. Per request, they provided a pack&play for infant before our arrival and despite being a big group we all had our own space! Nice house in a peaceful neighborhood that’s close to many grocery/department stores. The main downside of this location was the fact that any drive into ATL was at least 40 minutes to up to 1 hour long, so we pretty much had to plan our day out ahead of time to not have any reason to waste time commuting back & forth between city & suburb. So if the goal is to spend time in ATL, go prepared to be okay with these long daily drives. Hosts gave us clear communication before check-in and throughout our stay, we had a minor issue with one of the bathroom toilets being clogged & Thi took care of the issue himself.

I booked this place for a women’s retreat. The home was very clean, and was actually larger than I thought it would be. It’s very spacious inside with up-to-date decor and design. The living room sofa and chairs were very comfortable and clean. We did much of our activities inside but chose to use the fire pit as one of them. It was amazing! The fire pit was very easy to light and the woodsy setting behind the home added to the ambiance and experience. We will definitely be booking this home again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless — from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, and dining room — and everything was beautifully maintained. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries, and all the appliances were in perfect working order. If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
