Martin is a kind host, full of patience and kindness. He is very gentlemanly and helpful, he helps with luggage, he is smiling and responsive. He was able to advise us on nice little places in Monaco. The apartment was great. Martin has a sense of detail and it's very pleasant.

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

The view from the balcony was just fantastically beautiful. After excursions to the big cities of the Côte d'Azur, we enjoyed the tranquility of Grimaldi. The apartment was very well equipped plus nice touches. Contact with Olivia was always straightforward and very friendly. You should know that parking can be a challenge for inexperienced drivers.

Our first AirBnB stay where we wanted to give more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect. Alex was the perfect host, very helpful, extremely responsive. Alex helped us to make a reservation at a nice restaurant that he recommended on the day of our arrival as it was my wife's birthday! He even left a bottle of wine in the fridge!! My wife is very picky when it comes to cleanliness (trust me) - this is the first time that she found a place to be perfectly clean. The apartment is wonderful, in super condition, great location, close to train station, right above a bakery, despite the central location it is quiet due to the double windows. We had the full Cote d'Azur experience as we had hoped for! We will definitely rent this place again. You should too :-)

What a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the sea! The studio is perfect for a stay of two people, well equipped, well maintained. We really enjoyed it and will be back with pleasure! Lauriane, our contact, is a gem of accuracy, availability. A big thank you to her.

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. We were especially able to enjoy the terrace and the tower room. Great views. The upper sleeping option, on the gallery, didn't appeal to us. But they were able to sleep wonderfully on the pull-out sofa. Tip: Place topper from the bed. It is best to do the shopping by car. The apartment is located very high up and to walk to the sea, there are some stairs to climb, Coté d'Azur:). The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook. The parking space in the garage is quite spacious. Communication with Philippe was always very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

The situation was unbeatable. As soon as you walk out of the building and cross the street, you are already at the beach. There were also great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The building itself is impressive and you immediately felt comfortable. Gaëlle is an incredibly loving person and communicative. Definitely looking forward to next time.

Highly responsive host! Impeccable accommodation with nothing to say and the magnificent view! Small accuracy, a train passes below and passes regularly during the day, it generates a bit of noise! But otherwise we had a great time! I recommend rafaella!😊

Leonardo was so helpful and the apartment was a little sanctuary which allowed us to explore the majestic Dolceaqua and the surrounding nature. We loved it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. The available air conditioning was very much appreciated. The lack of a shutter allows light to enter quickly, but all of this was mentioned in full transparency. The place therefore corresponds in every respect to what is presented.
