Modern 3 bedroom in Montreal close to Downtown

KateRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a great stay at Mike’s place. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is located just outside of downtown with transit options right at the doorstep. For those from Toronto, it’s a similar distance to downtown from Parklawn/Lakeshore. We were in town for F1 weekend and this accommodation was a great choice. Plenty of space for all five of us (2 adults, 3 kids), free street parking right out front and a quieter location compared to downtown. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, and again, a bus stop steps away that takes you right to the nearest metro station, so you don’t need your car at all. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and we would definitely book again. Thank you, Mike, for helping to make our weekend a seamless, enjoyable experience. It really felt like a home away from home.

Bright and spacious apartment near the water!

KabariRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Rosanna and fam are very welcoming and their space is bright and spacious. It has the essentials listed and has what you need for cooking/cleaning. It is a 10 second walk to the nearest bus stop which is convenient since it takes you to the metro (connections downtown, etc.). Go to the Dépanneur down the street to get a metro card. Neighbourhood is safe, I was out walking plenty of times at 2am without issue. Noise wasn’t an issue, barely heard much from the other side of the house. Groceries nearby, but they close a lot earlier than Western provinces. FYI walking back is a workout with full bags of groceries, so bus it. It was just me staying alone but I’d say 3 grown people could get on comfortably. I Uber’d to laundry which was about $9 both ways so take enough laundry so you don’t have to go too often. It would be too challenging to walk there and back with full loads. LaSalle is nice to an outsiders eyes, St. Lawrence River especially. Hope this helps! 😎
