Family-friendly holiday rentals in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada

Lucia's apartment is perfect for exploring Las Palmas de GC. It is only 100mtrs from the boardwalk along Las Cantaras beach, and has a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk in the other direction and you are in a park with trails and more beaches. Buses stop about a 15 minute walk away, and will take you all over the city or island. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furniture, is very clean, and feels quite luxurious with a large jetted bathtub in the master bedroom. We received a home manual ahead of time which gave us everything we needed to know, and the apartment has everything you need, we did not have to purchase any sundries for our 5 day stay. We will definitely return!

El lugar ideal para evitar zonas masificadas. extremadamente cómodo, al punto de que cuesta un poco salir de la cama/piscina y casa en general. Jose se preocupa mucho por nuestra comodidad y muy rápido (por ejemplo: nos encontramos un avispero y vino enseguida a quitarlo o se estropeó la luz de la piscina y también lo solucionó enseguida) si estás pensando en que igual te hace falta algo para la casa ya te lo digo, no, hay de todo (tostadora, exprimidor, secador, todo). No puedemos dejar de estar agradecidos.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, sodass wir jeden Tag spontan ans Meer konnten. Besonders als Familie mit Kindern war das ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Unsere Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und hatten genug Platz zum Spielen. Auch die Ausstattung war top – von Hochstuhl bis Babybett war alles vorhanden und stand bereits bereitgestellt. Fátima war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Een geweldig huis op een prima locatie. Rustige buurt met wel van tijd tot tijd wat blaffende honden. Dit heeft ons niet veel gestoord en wij houden toch echt van rust. 's Nachts was het muisstil. Echt alles was aanwezig wat je je maar kon bedenken. Keuken volledig ingericht. Brandschoon en zeer gezellig ingericht huis. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Bedden vonden wij heerlijk, lekker geslapen. De buitenruimte is mega groot en mooi met een heerlijke jacuzzi. Half maart kon je vanaf 9.00 tot 18.00 een plekje in de zon opzoeken. Als je liever in de schaduw zit kan dat ook gedurende de dag. Er zijn verschillende zitjes en stoelen. Je hebt geen uitzicht vanuit de tuin, omdat deze hoog ommuurd is. Voordeel is wel dat je heel privé zit. Een auto is wel zeer aan te bevelen. We hadden altijd een parkeerplek bij het huis. De host is een lieve vrouw die ons al op stond te wachten en alles in huis liet zien. Wij vonden het zo mooi dat we voor november en maart 2026 weer hebben geboekt.

nous avons adoré séjourner dans le logement de Nathalie qui était juste SUPER. Tout correspond à la description de l'annonce. nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nathalie était très réactive à nos demandes. la vue sur l'océan est à couper le souffle et juste magnifique. Le seul et unique point négatif serait le manque de volets. les rideaux laissent entrer la lumière le matin mais cela est un point de vue personnel qui n'a pas affecté notre séjour pour lequel nous gardons de très beaux souvenirs. un grand merci Nathalie pour votre gentillesse et hospitalité. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans ce chalet. Le jacuzzi est indéniablement un coup de cœur qui offre une agréable détente en fin de journée. La route d'accès est étroite et sinueuse, mais l'on s'y fait aisément après quelques trajets. L'environnement y est très calme et paisible. À noter que la connexion internet est assez lente et le chalet peut être froid et humide hors période estivale. Ewelina a pris des dispositions pour garantir le maximum de confort. Nous avons été très content d'y séjourner.

Har hatt 2 fantastiske uker i denne leiligheten. Den har kanskje Anfis beste beliggenhet og utsikt. Skal jeg tilbake til GC kommer jeg til å forsøke leie denne på nytt. Vi har vært 3 voksne og ett barn og det var mer enn plass nok. I tillegg til romslig plass inne er det en stor balkong med spiseplass, sofa, grill og solsenger. Det er også en utedusj med varmtvann. Renholdet som man bestiller så ofte man ønsker (betales utenom) er helt upåklagelig. Taxi stopper rett utenfor døren, men man finner alt man trenger inne på området. Eirik var en god vert både før og under reisen, veldig rask til å svare om vi lurte på noe. Oppsummert et svært fint opphold, vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

El alojamiento de Vidina cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar estos días, además se encuentra en una zona tranquila y por la noche se podía descansar sin ruidos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la estancia fue muy agradable. Cerca del paseo de Las Canteras y con un montón de ofertas para comer; si tuviera que volver repetiría en este alojamiento. Además Vidina fue muy atenta y nos dio flexibilidad en la hora de salida, muchas gracias por tu amabilidad.

Lugar ideal para descansar,es un complejo muy tranquilo,piscinas tranquilas casi nadie,en el bungalow todo lo necesario en productos limpieza y menaje ,gran detalle del agua y botella de vino, anfitriona atenta en todo momento ,repetiremos

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Cercano ,comunicativo, la vivienda es un verdadero lujo para desconectar y estar en paz y muy cómoda .

Nous n’avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour, super logement, calme, propre et à côté de tout !

Alberto ist mit seiner offenen Art ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber. Man merkt, wie viel Liebe er in die Wohnung gesteckt hat. Alles hat seinen Platz und es fehlt einem an Nichts! Viele Sachen wie z.B. Kaffee, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel, Sonnenschirm etc. mussten wir nicht kaufen, da die Sachen bereits vorhanden waren. Der Privatparkplatz ist sehr praktisch, da die Suche sich sonst doch schwieriger gestalten könnte. Ich würde auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen für die Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist sehr schnell zu erreichen, also eine ideale Lage um von dort die Insel zu erkunden. Die Strände in der Nähe sind auch super schön! Am besten hat uns der große Balkon gefallen der eine wunderschöne Aussicht bietet. Gerne wieder!! :)

Todo ha sido impecable. La comunicación con Alicia, la estadía. Todo ha sido como esperado. El apartamento moderno, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodos. La zona muy tranquila, se consigue sitio para aparcar el coche en los alrededores con facilidad. Las instalaciones de la comunidad son impecables, con salida directa a la playa. Nada de qué reclamar. Volveremos con seguridad!

Really lovely place. As it’s residential apartments we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all day every day. Local to supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. The beach is literally outside the back gate and down a flight of steps (there are a few but relax because there is a lift part of the way) Fred was a great host. Sent us recommendations for local restaurants which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend Fred’s place.

We had a great time at Paula‘s Place! She was very nice and welcoming and gave us great tips for the area. We definitely recommend staying there if you are looking for a Call and not so touristy place :)

Viihdyimme kohteessa erityisen hyvin. Olohuoneesta mahtavat näkymät ja pihan allasalue loistava. Astioita oli riittävästi kokkailuun ja liinavaatteet jsekä pyyhkeet miellyttävät. Busseilla oli helppoa ja edullista liikkua alueella.

We stayed at Bela’s place for 12 nights and felt right at home. The apartment has everything we needed and the terrace is magnificent. The living room is spacy and has a big comfortable sofa, which was great for relaxing after a busy day in the sun. We recommend Bela’s place which is even better than the photos. Bela is very friendly and cares well for her guests.

This is the nicest holiday apartment I have stayed in - I loved staying here and was very sorry to leave. It's really clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay, the complex is quiet and the view is fantastic! Guillermo was really helpful and friendly and a fantastic host! I'd highly recommend staying here and I hope to myself in the future!

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had the most wonderful week long stay at this stunning villa. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and our 9 month old grandchild. Flo was an amazing host, very communicative, responsive to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived later in the evening, Flo still greeted us upon arrival and we felt very welcome. The villa was very well presented, clean, well equipped with everything you would need for the stay and felt home from home. The beds were comfy too. There was the most beautiful pool and garden area including dining area, bbq, sunbeds, pool towels and shaded comfortable seating area. As a family we loved being outside. We hired cars from the airport, which was about a 30 minute drive to the villa. As a family we felt this was a must to have cars as the nearby shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
