I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb, which felt like visiting family in a suburban setting. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. The location is great, just a minute from the bus station, with a beautiful village 10-15 minutes on foot. However, after that, there are no sidewalks, so walking along the road can be risky. The house is cozy, clean, and has everything needed in the kitchen. Wi-Fi is reliable, and there are heaters, though we did feel a bit chilly at times. The lighting could use improvement, as some bulbs were out. The dining room has a fantastic view, and the terrace is great for sunny days, though the sunbeds could benefit from some maintenance. I didn’t use the BBQ grill due to water inside and lower quality. Overall, great value for money. I highly recommend this place for both vacations and long workations.

Adrián is such a nice host and the Airbnb is such a nice place. It is comfortable for all different people, super clean, and an easy walk to the water. The coffee was delicious! They provided beach towels as well which was such a nice touch!

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Well what a find, it was everything we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, remote. Nowhere near tourists. The house had everything you wanted. We could have stayed longer than our 10 days, and the two very friendly cats kept us entertained. We will be back.

Beautiful place , a little far from the beach , the apartment is very convenient. It has everything you need to rest and travel as a family, the only theme is the Parqueo, which is complicated

Alex was a great host, he responded immediately to questions, if there was a problem, he immediately took care of it. The accommodation is super nice, we were able to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in the villa, we grilled delicious food and enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped, even many spices were available so you didn't have to buy any. Thank you Alex for your friendly support and we look forward to a next time in one of your houses.

We thank Iballa! The house is magnificent! Great view from the terrace, beautiful living room in the cave. Well equipped kitchen and shower. Large bedroom. The drive to any part of the island took 1 hour. Mountain trails pass near the house. We had a wonderful holiday!

This is a beautiful house with great amenities and a truly stunning view down towards the coast. We loved breakfasts out on the patio, and time in the pool which is maintained at the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well-appointed. It had everything we might need during our week long stay. Ramon met us at the airport to guide us to the property via a supermarket the first evening. He was very patient when the car hire desk was running slowly with only one staff member! This was extremely useful as I would say it would be very hard to find the property unaided the first time, as it is up a little lane at the far end of the village. It also needs you to go past the driveway and turn around just along the lane as it is a steep turn onto the drive itself. Having been shown it once, we had no problem with finding it again. We agree with others that a high wheelbase car is a good idea for the village roads. Overall Ramon’s place is highly recommended.

Our time at Carolina was very nice. The house is secluded, very private and secluded. Exactly what we wanted! The charm of the entire property is characterized by the many plants and loving details. The rooms are all as pictured, we didn't miss anything! In the kitchen we found everything you need. Also in the bathroom. The only thing to mention is that the house can only be reached via serpentines and you should drive carefully. We were visiting at the end of March and at 23 degrees outside nothing was damp inside. We thank you, Carolina, for 4 beautiful, relaxing days!

A beautiful mountain home, great for exploring the mountain region of Gran Canaria, and perfect for a family. We had pretty bad weather, so the pellet stove to warm up the kitchen was *very* welcome! Ana offered local suggestions and left us some local goodies to try. We had some problems with hot water for showers, but Ana is sending someone to have a look. Beautiful views and a stunning garden.

I really enjoyed staying at Carlos’ apartment. The cozy living-bedroom with integrated kitchen was lovingly designed, and the super beautiful bathroom was a real highlight: built directly into the rock, one side forms the natural rock wall – a special experience! The huge terrace with comfortable seating and lounging facilities invited you to linger. However, the absolute highlight was the magnificent saltwater pool, which I used daily – with a fantastic view over the beautiful valley. The apartment is secluded, a car is essential. But just this quiet, natural location makes up the special appeal of the place. A wonderful relaxing holiday that I could enjoy to the fullest.

If you are looking for a place where you not only have peace and quiet, but also in the middle of nature, you are in the right place with Ángel. You have to be good on foot, as the accommodation can only be reached via a small hike of about 35-40 min, but was super doable for us and was exactly what we like. The property is beautifully secluded in the middle of nature and offers great opportunities for beautiful hikes. Here, too, Ángel is a great point of contact and has always shared secret tips for great places. We had everything we needed and would love to visit Ángel and the beautiful cottage again on occasion! Absolutely recommended for nature lovers who just like it!

We had a great stay with our two young kids. Really happy we chose to base ourselves a bit higher up and off the beaten track, got to explore a different side of the island. The home is very cosy and had everything we needed. The kids loved the patio/garden and we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after putting them to bed. Lovely local wine and cheese on arrival as well, really made us feel welcome. Thank you!

This house is perfect for a beautiful vacation in Gran Canaria. Three huge bedrooms, two smaller bedrooms , two living rooms, huge kitchen, large terrace with beautiful plants, garage. The house was very very clean ‼️‼️‼️ Carlos is a fantastic host, he helps us with everything and we got good tips for our vacation there. We'll ride 800 km on this beautiful island, Maluma concert, carnival, lots of attractions in the area. If you have a large family or group of friends, this is a perfect place to explore Gran Canaria The area is very quiet, you can quickly reach many attractions. Carlos, I hope we can visit you again. We booked this apartment as we were visiting Gran Canaria for 6 weeks. Me and my partner both work on our laptops and I take Zoom calls all day. Not once did we ever have problems with the wifi it was perfect. My partner said the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in an airbnb. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the gym etc… The apartment was clean, spacious and spotless. We had a washing machine and a dryer which was ideal for a 6 weeks stay. The hosts were very helpful and checked us in no problem, if we ever needed any help or questions they were always quick to respond. I’m glad we stayed in this apartment as it had everything we needed and literally nothing to complain about.😄

Margarita is the perfect host who has been so welcoming and kind. Communication from time of booking till our departure has been excellent. We settled quickly into our two month stay. The accommodation is situated in a good location to explore Las Palmas and further afield. The apartment is very nice, particularly the large terrace where we enjoyed breakfast most mornings. The surrounding area has an abundance of supermarkets, coffee shops and (some excellent) restaurants. Public transport is excellent which is easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Margarita, we had a great stay.
