Literally two minutes from the beach and easy enough to get to the old town by bus from Avenida José Mesa y López - the number 17 bus or ‘guagua’. Great restaurants and cafés nearby. The studio itself was fine for one person. Nice and quiet and with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. I was very comfortable. The staff were great and helped me whenever I needed it. Silvia was the perfect host. Warm, very welcoming and having many great advices for exploring the city and and island. The room and shared bathroom had a lot of space, were clean and modern. A higlight was the cosy roof top terrace with kitchen, perfect for a relaxed start or end of the day. Thank you very much, Silvia!

Very nice apartment placed near the beach.

My stay was perfect. Everything close to move around the city without a car and a plus for traveling with a pet. The apartment is very comfortable and above all, very clean. Javier has been attentive at all times, thank you so much. When I come to Las Palmas I will look for accommodation here.

This is such a great place! I stayed here for two nights and would like to come back again. Lots of hike routes around the area. The dinners and breakfast are delicious and filling. Stuff is very friendly. I would recommend. ❤️

It was a different experience from any other hotel, the privacy and tranquility made us feel at home, we loved the jacuzzis, the waitress's service was super nice and attentive. We will definitely come back another time. I recommend the watermelon daiquiri 🍉 and the sanom pizza in the restaurant, everything is delicious. we are very grateful.

The location is excellent. It's a real luxury to have a terrace with beach views. In the apartment, the atmosphere is very relaxed and I felt like home. They have a cat that's lovely. Everything was super clean, I had everything at my disposal in the kitchen and bathroom. I'll do it again.

We stayed for a week in October, it was our first time visiting Gran Canaria and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place to base our stay. The location was perfect, the old town of Las Palmas is beautiful with lots of restaurants and local bars to enjoy throughout the day as well as just to explore. We were close to the main bus stations which made travelling to/from the airport, the coastal towns to the south and also into the main city for the beach easy. Breakfast everyday was also brilliant, having a choice of 8 options to mix and match and two courses was a real treat. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, it was lovely to see and speak to them everyday. The rooftop terrace was brilliant to spend the day or an afternoon after exploring the town, the honesty bar is a lovely little touch too. The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was clean and beautifully presented. Couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay again and would recommend it to others.

Very nice, well-kept area with pretty bungalows. Manuel reacted quickly and a rebooking was no problem. The facility has a relaxed village vibe and is very quiet. But the area is surrounded by some expressways. The walking way is a bit complicated to find (and is to far for walking to the beach or to the center) but there are many ,very easy bus connections... So i enjoyed my trip. High recommended!

Great place where to stay, nice terrace with grill, second entrance from behind with posibility to park your car. Excelent communication with our host.

Antonio is an excellent person and a great host. He is very friendly, is always aware of what one needs and is willing to help. My husband was sick one day and Antonio kindly offered him a homemade broth made by his wife and Paracetamol;that made my husband quick to improve and we could continue with the vacation. We traveled with our 3 year old daughter and we liked that in the house there were toys that she was able to use, we also brought little clothes for the 8 days we were there and there we were able to use the washing machine, detergent and softener without problem. There were also towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc., and in the kitchen every day for breakfast there was fruit available for free. In general, we felt like home. To end the vacation Antonio took us to the airport back in his car, for a very comfortable price, compared to what a taxi could charge. Thank you Antonio for your kindness!! We'll probably be back:)

This place was genuinely a lovely place to stay, the staff really are the heart of the place and they work hard to keep it clean. The kitchen was busy but nice to mix with others The upstairs terrace is something special if it wasn’t for the clouds every day I wouldn’t have left. The area is 10 minutes from a busy nightlife lots of restaurants shops It’s a safe comfortable happy environment The only downside was the weather It was so blatantly obvious my special place was Anfi del mar beach 91 bus there & back every day was so worth it
