Location close to the beach and street with restaurants, several supermarkets nearby. Great modern apartment with all the amenities that you might need, very helpful and friendly host.

This apartment is well appointed and equipped and enjoys a breathtaking view of the ocean. If you like surfing, it starts under the window. To swim, you have to go 1km to el Puertillo. The corner is quiet on its small street but the main road GC2 is not far. We are well placed for mountain walks to Guayedra, Pozo de las Nieves, Bandama or Guayadeque. We are in a very local area, away from the tourist factories of Maspalomas. We love it! We would have stayed another month!

Great location - the paseo on front of you is not too close ( you might think so ). Carol has thought of everything - you even have your personal new slippers. Fast internet and 65 inch screen is superb ( iphone / iPad support inside ). We did’nt cook inside so no comment about the stove etc. For me the bed was a bit too hard, but for my spouse it was just right. We really can recommend Carol’s apartment. And you will love the sound of the ocean - the paseo is very peaceful at night. Tapio and Erika

We have spent a great week at Pablo & Mercedes place. They were the perfect hosts and their communication was prompt and informative. I cannot fault any aspect of the apartment it was spotless and as described. It is located only 1 min from the beach and a number of great restaurants. The main shopping area is only a 15 minute walk down the road. There are also frequent buses on the road adjacent to the apartment that can get you anywhere on the island.

This was a great place to stay, great location, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Cira was an excellent host too, responded really quickly with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Margarita is the perfect host who has been so welcoming and kind. Communication from time of booking till our departure has been excellent. We settled quickly into our two month stay. The accommodation is situated in a good location to explore Las Palmas and further afield. The apartment is very nice, particularly the large terrace where we enjoyed breakfast most mornings. The surrounding area has an abundance of supermarkets, coffee shops and (some excellent) restaurants. Public transport is excellent which is easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Margarita, we had a great stay.

We really liked the apartment. It was very clean and maintained. The small kitchen with a direct view of the sea is well equipped. It was nice and quiet in the apartment. It was a great stay for us.

We were there for the second time within a year. This time for 2.5 weeks and with our 4 months old son. As last year, we are again very satisfied with everything. Lovely clean and very well equipped apartment centrally located to the beach. Even with the little one, everything worked out great, as the house has two elevators and a barrier-free entrance. Gloria's hospitable country was once again excellent. Top reliable, flexible and always available

We had a great stay. Marcos in particular was really wonderful and helpful at check in. Nice apartment, great terrace and views. And very clean.

The stay was pleasant, the apartment was nice and clean, the location is beautiful, right in the city center, close to everything, the host was very responsive, I will return without hesitation.

The apartment was incredibly clean and the location was perfect for us! Several food options within steps of the front door. Would stay there again for sure!

Apart from being very clean and tastefully decorated, this place is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. To start with, Triana street is beautiful. Although a commercial hotspot, it is also simply lovely: pedestrian, with benches where people sit and chat, some terraces where locals have their coffee, gorgeous facades and quaint lampposts. The park at one end (close to the apartment) has a lovely kiosk and historic chapel. Both bus stations (city and island) are just around the corner and so is the Perez Galdos Theater. The neighborhood abounds with restaurants and bars.

The best AirBnB I've stayed in. My partner and I came here for our anniversary and Meluca made us feel right at home. Her communication was amazing both before and during the stay, and the quality of the accommodation was superb. We had everything we needed in a perfect location - we want to come and stay at Meluca's again. Would give 100 stars if we could!!

Perfect stay. I was there with my mother for 8 nights and everything was great. Next to the beach, kind and friendy host. She allowed us to enter before and leave later so we felt comfortable at all times. When we come back to Las Palmas, we will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Lucia's apartment is perfect for exploring Las Palmas de GC. It is only 100mtrs from the boardwalk along Las Cantaras beach, and has a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk in the other direction and you are in a park with trails and more beaches. Buses stop about a 15 minute walk away, and will take you all over the city or island. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furniture, is very clean, and feels quite luxurious with a large jetted bathtub in the master bedroom. We received a home manual ahead of time which gave us everything we needed to know, and the apartment has everything you need, we did not have to purchase any sundries for our 5 day stay. We will definitely return!

Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Apartment at the top very clean modern new there is nothing missing, María is a real jewel, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk away everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc., 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc.) In short, there is really nothing to say about this apartment there is simply a beautiful roof terrace with views of the phenomenal sea. Our vacation at Paula's was great! The accommodation is super clean, the terrace large with a parasol and grill and sunny all day 🌞 Paula is very accommodating and happy to give tips. We can recommend Tauro beach, which is only 10 minutes away by car :) Otherwise, you should only know that there is a surcharge for the use of the whirlpool, which we did not know about beforehand.
