Einfache aber zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Wunderschöner Balkon mit Meerblick. Laura ist eine sehr nette un hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die einen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Cette appartement est bien amenagé et equipé et jouit d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Si vous aimez le surf, ça commence sous la fenêtre. Pour nager, il faut aller à 1km à el Puertillo. Le coin est tranquille dans sa petite rue mais le grand axe routier GC2 n'est pas loin. On est bien placé pour les balades en montagne jusqu'à Guayedra, Pozo de las Nieves, Bandama ou Guayadeque. On est dans un quartier très local, loin des usines à touristes de Maspalomas. On aime! On serait bien resté un mois de plus!

Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – perfekte Unterkunft in bester Lage! Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Tolle Restaurants und Cafés direkt um die Ecke, man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuß. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Außerdem hat sie eine sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und man kann von dort alles gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Alejandra war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar war und einen guten Tipp auf Lager hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

We have spent a great week at Pablo & Mercedes place. They were the perfect hosts and their communication was prompt and informative. I cannot fault any aspect of the apartment it was spotless and as described. It is located only 1 min from the beach and a number of great restaurants. The main shopping area is only a 15 minute walk down the road. There are also frequent buses on the road adjacent to the apartment that can get you anywhere on the island.

This was a great place to stay, great location, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Cira was an excellent host too, responded really quickly with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend staying here !

El apartamento es fantástico, pequeño, cómodo, acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una grata estancia. En los alrededores hay de todo, muy bien comunicado con el resto de la isla. Estaciones de guaguas a 5 minutos y las paradas de las guaguas municipales en dos minutos. Supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes todo muy cerca . Será mi opción cuando vuelva a Gran Canaria. Rut responde con prontitud a las preguntas, es una gran anfitriona. En resumen, una muy buena estancia.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die kleine Küche mit direktem Blick aufs Meer ist gut eingerichtet. In der Wohnung war es schön ruhig. Für uns war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Le séjour était agréable, l'appartement était agréable et propre, l'emplacement est magnifique, en plein centre ville, près de tous, le hôte était très réactif, je retournerai sans hésitation.

Es war alles super. Die Lage perfekt! Die Ausstattung sehr durchdacht. Noch nie hatten wir eine so liebevoll und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles neu und sehr sauber, fürs Baby eine große Ausstattung. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick spricht Bände… wir kommen sicherlich wieder! 😊

Margarita is the perfect host who has been so welcoming and kind. Communication from time of booking till our departure has been excellent. We settled quickly into our two month stay. The accommodation is situated in a good location to explore Las Palmas and further afield. The apartment is very nice, particularly the large terrace where we enjoyed breakfast most mornings. The surrounding area has an abundance of supermarkets, coffee shops and (some excellent) restaurants. Public transport is excellent which is easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Margarita, we had a great stay.

Apart from being very clean and tastefully decorated, this place is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. To start with, Triana street is beautiful. Although a commercial hotspot, it is also simply lovely: pedestrian, with benches where people sit and chat, some terraces where locals have their coffee, gorgeous facades and quaint lampposts. The park at one end (close to the apartment) has a lovely kiosk and historic chapel. Both bus stations (city and island) are just around the corner and so is the Perez Galdos Theater. The neighborhood abounds with restaurants and bars.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal innerhalb eines Jahres da. Diesmal für 2,5 Wochen und mit unserem 4 Monate alten Sohn. Wie auch im letzten Jahr sind wir erneut top zufrieden mit allem. Schöne saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage zum Strand. Auch mit dem kleinen hat alles super geklappt, da das Haus über zwei Aufzüge verfügt und einem Barriere freien Eingang. Glorias gastfreundlichkweit war mal wieder exzellent. Top zuverlässlich, flexibel und immer erreichbar

The best AirBnB I've stayed in. My partner and I came here for our anniversary and Meluca made us feel right at home. Her communication was amazing both before and during the stay, and the quality of the accommodation was superb. We had everything we needed in a perfect location - we want to come and stay at Meluca's again. Would give 100 stars if we could!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento per 50 giorni ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L'appartamento e dotato di tutti i confort ed ha una vista eccezionale sul mare. Inoltre voglio segnalare con piacere la grande disponibilità di Ana che e sempre stata presente per soddisfare ogni nostra più piccola necessità e che voglio sinceramente ringraziare.

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Lucia's apartment is perfect for exploring Las Palmas de GC. It is only 100mtrs from the boardwalk along Las Cantaras beach, and has a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk in the other direction and you are in a park with trails and more beaches. Buses stop about a 15 minute walk away, and will take you all over the city or island. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furniture, is very clean, and feels quite luxurious with a large jetted bathtub in the master bedroom. We received a home manual ahead of time which gave us everything we needed to know, and the apartment has everything you need, we did not have to purchase any sundries for our 5 day stay. We will definitely return!

Fer ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber.Besser geht nicht!!Er antwortet sofort und ist sehr freundlich .Er hat uns sehr herzlich begrüsst und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen,In der Wohnung wurden wir mit Blumen und einer gefüllten Früchteschale überrascht,Nicht zu vergessen die Flasche Rotwein,das Mineralwasser und das ganz feine Olivenöl.Ganz lieben Dank!!Ich kann Fer nur empfehlen und freue mich auf das nächste Mal in Patalavaca!!

Appartement au top très propre moderne neuf il ne manque rien, María est un vrai bijoux, agréable, sympathique, toujours réactive. La plage se trouve à 5 mn de l’appartement elle est superbe, il y a à 10 mn à pied tout ce qu’il vous faut en petits commerces, restaurants etc, 15 mn en voiture de Palma et 30 mn max de la zone touristique (Maspalomas,meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc) Bref y’a vraiment rien a redire sur cet appartement il est tout simplement magnifique une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer phénoménale . A l’année prochaine María 😉👍💪

Unser Urlaub bei Paula war toll! Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, die Terrasse groß mit einem Sonnenschirm und Grill und den ganzen Tag sonnig 🌞 Paula ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt gern Tips. Empfehlen können wir den Strand Tauro, der nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist :) Ansonsten sollte man nur wissen, dass für die Nutzung des Whirlpools noch ein Aufschlag dazukommt, von dem wir vorher nichts wussten.
